Ich bin sehr enttÀuscht von Marshall. Der Hersteller bietet keinerlei Reparaturen fÃŒr Kopfhörer an â nur fÃŒr Lautsprecher. Laut Support arbeitet das Produktteam zwar daran, diesen Service irgendwann zu erweitern, aber aktuell ist man völlig aufgeschmissen.
Wenn der Akku der Marshall Major 5 kaputtgeht, kann man weder einen Ersatzakku kaufen noch das GerÀt irgendwo offiziell reparieren lassen. Nachhaltigkeit sieht anders aus.
Der Support war zudem unfreundlich und hat wenig hilfreich geantwortet.
Product Issues, but Outstanding Customer Service
I recently purchased a Marshall soundbar and subwoofer. At first, the setup was not ideal â the included HDMI eARC cable didnât work properly, and the system only functioned after I bought a high-quality replacement cable. That already left a mixed impression.
A short time later, the soundbar developed a serious issue and no longer completed the boot process. At that point, I decided to return the entire system.
What I want to highlight, however, is the outstanding customer service. The return process with Marshall was fast, friendly, and completely hassle-free. I received prepaid return labels immediately, communication was clear and professional, and the refund was processed very quickly. Although the product ultimately failed, the support experience was truly excellent.

The person on the other end was very nice and helpful.
Although the company could not provide me the original parts that i needed i got al link to a company that could deliver me the pars although the are not original.
Then i had a discussion with friends about the year my amp was build so i layed the question at the person that was helping me out. He tried to answer the question but my amp was to old to determine the correct year except that it was bild between 1966 to 1968. That answer was satisfying for me. It handled about a Super Bass 100w but the serial number wasn't in the list.

Absolutely awful customer service from Marshall
Honestly the worst experience Iâve had with any company in years. Marshall failed to deliver my order on time, and when I contacted their so-called customer service, all they could say was that I had to wait another two weeks for an âinvestigation.â No solutions, no apology worth anything, just âwait longer.â That is NOT how you treat customers and definitely not in line with the Consumer Rights Act.
To make things worse, they donât even have a proper phone line, so youâre stuck dealing with slow, unhelpful replies from staff who somehow manage to be both rude and uninformative at the same time. Zero accountability, zero effort, zero care.
For a company with such a big name, this was a massive disappointment. I wonât be buying from them again, and Iâd warn anyone thinking about it to be prepared for a headache.

Bought a refurbished item only for the new item to reduce in price for less than the refurbished price a few days later. Emailed Marshall and they responded reasonably quickly.
