Got a problem with your Marshall speaker, speakers? ((Stanmore II) I my case) Lost your receipt? Out of warranty? Good luck, because you're gonna need it with Marshall and their "support". If you have any of the issues I mentioned here DO NOT expect Marshall CS to help. I will never buy another Marshall product again. In fact, before my Marshall speaker just stopped working, through no fault of my own, I always bought JBL. Ever since Marshall abandoned me and my speaker, I will only ever buy JBL. Don't be fooled!
So I ordered some amp components from Marshall, shipped from the EU apparently but Hey Ho...
10 days later DHL are giving Marshall every lie imaginable ('Customer changed address, changed delivery details etc etc...) and Marshall are falling for it time and time again and still no sign of my parts, they've been in the delivery depot for 9 days now.
They advise me to 'call DHL'....seriously???
1. Have you ever tried to to call a courier?
2. Why is it my problem to sort out Marshalls logistics shortcoming? They chose DHL not me.
Generally two days to answer a 'Customer Service' email and the response seems to be that at some point DHL will give up, send my order back into Europe to the Marshall warehouse and two weeks after that I might see a refund.
It's been a long time since I've dealt with Marshall but they used to be second to none in terms if Service, 'really couldn't do enough for their customers, they appear to have gone down the well trodden online route of not giving a toss and everything is too much bother....
Stanmore III, problem with power supply after less then one year.
Poor long term, my Acton speaker was great until after just 2yrs in it just stopped turning on. After researching this, it seems a common problem. I was going to upgrade to the more powerful Woburn glad I didn't with how much that costs.
Ear buds are hopeless. The anti noise cancellation is not fit for purpose. I have to put volume full up to drown out background noise with ANC on.
Do not consider these if you want a quality product.

After a long search for a worthy replacement for my Sony 43X, which was unfortunately no longer waterproof, I decided on the Marshall Middleton. I had high expectations and was pleased to receive anexclusive sale email. Since I prefer to buy directly from the source, I placed my order with confidence via the official website.

However, to my great disappointment, I discovered just a few days later that a new model â the Middleton II â was being released. This made me question my purchase deeply. Had I known this, I would have used my welcome discount on the new model instead. The price difference would have been manageable, and I would have received better value for my money.
It feels like I purchased an outdated product at a critical moment just before an upgrade â without any warning from Marshall's side. This has affected my trust in this brand. Since then, Iâve barely used the speaker, as Iâm constantly reminded of this frustrating situation.
This is also the reason I did not respond to the follow-up email asking for feedback on the product. Unfortunately, my experience has been largely negative.
I sincerely hope they can offer me an appropriate solution. I also kindly urge them to be more transparent in the future about upcoming product launches â especially when they are so close to promotional sales. It would help customers like myself feel treated more fairly.

Just bought 2 of their products on 30 June 2025 and till today have not received them. They like to act up and tell me to refuse it when it arrives, and we will refund you. But when is that possible because I am waiting for your product to be delivered. That's why I don't hear people talk about this product as it has cheap customer service and cheap delivery partners. Don't buy
It pains me to write this review as their headphone department are letting down the brand name established by the guitar amp company of which I have supported for some 30 years.
However this must be the absolute worst customer experience I have received.
Places a preorder for the Heaton 120 soundbar in which it stated would be dispatched 3/6. It was not! These things happen, it was dispatched two days late.
I was then advised by UPS it would be delivered Friday, but due to missing documents from Marshall it was delayed, UPS reached out to Marshall, shipping was then set for Saturday, but you guessed it still lacked documentation from Marshall and therefore was not delivered.
As I was getting a little frustrated at this stage I reached out to Marshall on their live chat, firstly greeted by a friendly automated responder, that asked me to wait a few minutes to be connected to an agent. 30 minutes of waiting later and still not connected I gave up. I sent an email instead.
I received a response fairly auto generated response from Prio who assured me he would resolve the issue.
It was not resolved, and now UPS are returning to sender due to a lack of documentation.
To summarise I am considerably out of pocket with no item, and not even an apology from Marshall. An expensive lesson to learn!

Despite the below with a replacement order they have once again failed to put the correct documentation with it. Absolutely unbelievable.

Als ich ihn schon gekauft habe hÀtte ich ihn besser nicht mitgenommen. Ich konnte nicht mich Bluetooth verbinden, musste ihn dann zurÌckbringen dann wurde er eingeschickt damit ich schlussendlich ein komplett neues paar bekommen habe.
Zuerst war ich relativ zufrieden, schnell viel auf der Bass ist sehr lasch die SoundqualitÀt ist auch nicht so gut fÌr 300fr. Man hört es knistern.
Sie sind extrem locker und wackelig.
Das noise canceling ist fast kaum vorhanden.
Motif 11 ANC great.
These are the best earbuds I have ever used and that is many. Unlike the Apple versions that fall out of your ears every 5 seconds or the Bose that takes 10 minutes to connect by Bluetooth, these Marshall ones are far superior.

Disappointed with delivery and misleading checkout information:
I ordered a Marshall speaker on April 26th, and at checkout, it was clearly stated that delivery would take around 5 days. I planned a party on May 5th and chose to order specifically because of this promise. Unfortunately, the package still hasn't arrived as of May 15.
The delivery was handled by DHL, who provided no updates and eventually transferred the parcel to ACS, a local courier. I had to personally follow up with both companies just to get a tracking number. This whole process has been incredibly stressful.
If you're shipping to Greece, please reconsider your collaboration with DHL. They are unreliable and have a terrible reputation here.
Unempathetic customer service:
When I reached out to Marshall's support chat, I was extremely frustrated and looking for reassurance or even just a bit of empathy. Instead, the agent (Bims) came across as cold and robotic. I explained my issue in detail, yet I didnât feel acknowledged or truly heard. I even had to ask twice just to get a feedback link.
Customer support is not just about resolving issuesâitâs also about human connection, especially when things go wrong. I hope this is something Marshall can improve moving forward.

I bought a pair of Major V headphones a few months ago from Marshallâs official store on Amazon. Unfortunately, theyâve set up their e-commerce store incorrectly and allowed third party retailers to sell brand new Major V headphones on their behalf. This is all very convenient for Marshall - when the golden on/off button fell off my headphones (which seems to be a recurring design fault as this happened to my boyfriendâs pair of Major IV), they told me I had to speak to the third party retailer. Interestingly enough, they tried to allude that I had bought counterfeit headphones (from their official store, no less) and said they couldnât find my details in their system. Funny - I was able to register my headphones in their app, which Iâm sure theyâll use so they can collect more customer data to sell more items to me. How convenient! I was even offered a discount code on further Marshall products - why would I buy anymore if Iâve bought a faulty item theyâre refusing to repair? They have now stopped replying to me. They are a huge company and can definitely afford to repair my headphones. Genuinely astonishingly bad customer service and clearly a company unafraid to dupe its customers to make a quick buck!

I purchased a Marshall Action III speaker around November 2024 through their official website. A few months later, the speaker began showing abnormal behavior â after turning it off, the volume, bass, and treble lights stay on and cannot be turned off, and when powered on, the TREBLE light doesnât reset to zero like the others.
After contacting Marshall support, I was asked to provide a series of details, including a photo of the back panel with my name and the current date handwritten on paper, and was told that if their service partner (LetMeRepair) cannot reproduce the issue, I may be required to pay the inspection and return shipping costs. I followed all instructions and submitted everything they asked for.
They replied saying that LetMeRepair would contact me to arrange pickup of the speaker for evaluation â but it has now been a full week and Iâve received nothing. I sent a follow-up email to ask about the situation, but no one responded.
Even more shockingly, when I logged into my account on the official Marshall website, I discovered that my past order had been completely removed from my order history.
I never imagined that an official website would try to erase an order as a way to avoid a warranty case. This experience has been deeply disappointing and concerning. Buyers beware â think twice before purchasing directly from Marshall.

Ich habe meinen Marshall Kilburn II im MÀrz 2022 gekauft. Leider ist das GerÀt innerhalb von drei Jahren viermal mit demselben Defekt ausgefallen. Die Reparaturen dauerten jeweils mehrere Wochen. Beim vierten Ausfall im April 2025 lehnten sowohl der HÀndler als auch der Hersteller eine weitere Reparatur oder einen Austausch ab.
Trotz der wiederholten Defekte zeigte sich Marshall weder kulant noch entgegenkommend.
Ich hatte hohe Erwartungen an QualitÀt und Service, die leider enttÀuscht wurden. Klang und Design sind gut â die ZuverlÀssigkeit und Kundenbetreuung hingegen nicht.

Literally the worst headphones experience Iâve ever had. It has nice aesthetics and nice sound, however it is horrible to connect and literally horrible just to turn them on. Notice it already by the time Iâve purchased them. Literally the worst headphones in my life. Trust me, âyea Marshallâs aesthetic and good brand, ð€£ yep donât be reliable to that, 100% not worth the money. Only if it was 20â¬. Even then. Trust me. How a 100 quid headphones and well knowing brand does that. They have a headphone that literally you have to press your whole life to connect it. And most of the times even that doesnât work. More than that is just ridiculous, this brand just trying to make money out of everything. 100% hyped brand, but 0 substance. Just sad.

It's an absolute shame that this company has this score, I am just impressedð¶ I was eyeing a marshall speaker for some time, and yes, the price was a little high, because with shipping, it was a bit high. But man one day I saw 50% on a speaker and I decided to go with it! IT was back when I was in US with a work trip, and then I bought Emberton II for 75$ and this was the best choice I made. It weighs like maybe 800 grams but it can blast a whole house. The sound is high quality and it's nice, I put it near my PC and use it for the sound.
