Falsche grösse geliefert u sie sollen mir die richtige Größe von den federstege bitte schicken keine Antwort nichts kam!!!!! Bis jetzt die richtigen immer noch nicht geliefert!!! Lässt zu wünschen übrig

Ordered. No response to emails. No tracking. No help. No goods. Bank has now been instructed to intervene. I have never dealt with such bad service in the horology business. I’m coming to Bordeaux in October. I will initiate a complaint there also

Made an order with them and got the confirmation and then nothing, and it seems like I’m not the only one. I’ve e-mailed and written on their website and still nothing. It’s been several months on an order that’s meantto take a couple of weeks.

I ordered a watch strap and didn't receive the item. No one is replying to my messages.

Commande ne correspond pas trop à ma montre, nous avons du forcer pour l'adapter. de plus le fermoir s'ouvre quelque fois.

I ordered a watch bracelet from Masar, which took a long time to arrive after odering. The bracelet was advertised as suitable for a Rolex Oyster watch. The bracelet that they sent was not suitable for my Rolex Oyster watch so I contacted them on their chat line. I was told to go to their page for returning it, which I did by post. They did not collet it from the post office and today I received it back, returned to me at my expense. For this experience I would give less than one star if could, and hope others would not have the same experience that I have had. Now I am stuck with a bracelet that is of no used to me. And because I had to pay return postage for nothing I am definitely not happy with them!!!!

strap didn`t arrive. my mails concerning this were ignored by seller. very poor service.

The mesh strap is beautiful and well crafted, the delivery was prompt. I do recommend and if / when I need to replace another watch strap I definitely will be buying it from Masar

Die Qualität des Armbandes verdient 5 Sterne! Der Kundendient ist schlecht. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage keine Anntwort. Lieferzeit für ein verfügbares Teil von 3 Wochen ist zu lang

Le produit est top, rapport qualité-prix aussi.
Commande reçue après plusieurs semaines contre les quelques jours annoncés.
Visiblement impossible de prendre contact avec un être humain.

pratique d'utilisation. allure distinguée. entretien facile.

Commande faite le 05.06.2026...... délai de livraison 2 à 8 jours ouvrés.......encore rien reçu et sav pas de réponse :-(
