Beautiful new bed, arrived with 7 days, was my first time to put a bed together, no problems, sturdy and attractive. Mattress is very comfy,I rent my room; but nothing beats sleeping in your own bed.

everything just perfect

First off, treated very well, I ordered two matresses and a new bed frame got a call the next day to make sure I hadn't made a mistake ordering the two matresses. I did want the two but I'm impressed that they took the time to check, aside from that the new bed was easy to put together / the mattresses are great.

good service but took longer than it should

Dont know myself since i got the new mattress, best decision in a while. Have just returned from holiday and was daydreaming on the plane of moment when I would sleep in my own bed...best feeling ever...

i looked at website there was a great selection to choose from. i rang the number all my questions were answered. delivery was arranged i got a phone call to say time slot it would arrive, then got call to say they were ahead of time it would be delivered early. i have recommended mattresses.ie to 2 friends who were talking about buying new mattresses. well done.. regina

Delayed delivery - took two weeks

I initially requested a Saturday delivery. The coming saturday was a bank holiday weekend and was advised there was a chance it would be the following weekend. This was reasonable. I then got a call the following week asking if I was free to accept the delivery that afternoon, I said no as I was in work. I said I requested a Saturday delivery. I then recieved no call or update and the bed was not delivered. It wasn't until the following week the delivery slot was booked, with you company not having any record of the previous weeks call.
The bed was delivered as promised, but your process isn't great. The delivery company only called me on the day of delivery at 8am. Surely you could arrange a delivery time during the week instead of waking someone up at 8am to advise them their bed will be delivered later on.

Had a problem to perform the payment, which was promptly solved by the store. Also they were very responsive through to my requests, both phone and email. Only minor drawback if the delivery date from the warehouse that took a little longer than informed.

very helpful and good value

I have used this company twCie now and have each time been very pleased. The mattress I bought is of excellent quality, it was delivered to me within three days. The prices are tops as well. I would recommend it to anyone!

Had problem with my order, what I wanted was not going to be in stock for 6 weeks. I was offered a suitable alternative which was arranged to be delivered on the 10th working day. The bed and matress was delivered by 2 polite delivery men who put the items in the room I asked them to put them in. Delivery service excellent and I am very happy with my alternative purchase. Would recomend them and would use them again.

Our new mattress is very comfortable the company delivered on
time, they also took away the old one which was great as it was very
large and would have been difficult for us to transport.

We ordered from the value range, after looking around we realized how expensive mattresses can be!
About 8 working days later it was delivered and the old one removed.
Delivery people were excellent and communication helped a lot to ensure smooth and beneficial delivery and receipt of the mattress.
Will recommend and use you again.

Althought i did not get my mattress on the promised date at the time of purchase, it was atleast good to get an update on the status of it.

We recently got a king size 50cm topper for our mattress and find it very comfortable. quick delivery and no problems

I must say my delivery of a new mattress bought on line went really well. I had a call as requested before delivery and the whole process was prompt and successful. I should have bought from Mattress.ie
before but was worried buying on line. I have neck and back problem and I really feel much more comfortable now having used it for the past two weeks. I would recommend MATTRESS.IE to others but would suggest that perhaps they would find a cheaper way of removing old mattresses. I was lucky to have mine to pass to someone else. Thank you

After browsing for weeks for a bed I finally came back to one I had fallen for, the Virginia bed. I had seen it on another site or two but this was the cheapest price I found. Checkout was easy, they let me pay by laser so it went through straight away. I received my bed in only 5 days! It is a beautiful bed, and I am very happy with it.
