Roy, we cannot thank you enough for taking the time out to drop these beautiful words for us. We are honestly blown away and cannot quite put in words how happy your words made each of us, at Mavenart, feel!
It feels great to be entrusted with the creation of such a special oil painting portrait for your wife and knowing that she actually liked it so much is all we could have asked for. The artist would be as much overjoyed as us to know this and we cannot wait to pass it on. We are so delighted that we could contribute to the happiness of your special purpose.
We always strive to take care of the details and communicate them, discuss and have your approval every step of the way and we are glad that came across. We feel accomplished knowing that everything fell in place and went so seamlessly.

The team here at Mavenart is so delighted to read these words full of satisfaction and appreciation for each of our efforts regarding the painting of your dog's and our services till getting it to you way before your requested date.
Artworks generally take up to 2-4 weeks to complete, however, we also work on priority to try to meet feasible deadlines. We, at times, are unable to unconditionally guarantee a delivery date, specifically when it is a short timeline, as it depends on a lot of factors from both of our as well as our customer's ends to fall in line to deliver within the deadline.
We are so grateful to you for helping us create a beautiful portrait for your husband's 80th birthday. We truly hope he likes it too, do let us know if possible! We look forward to working with you again

Hi Jerel, we appreciate you taking the time out to share your thoughts with us. We would like to put out a few things here. The original picture we referred to was blurry as we notified you and the German Shepherd looked gray in color. Also, we were never informed about the actual color of the dog until the painting was completed and the preview was shared. We had referred to additional pictures for facial details only as the main picture was blurred. However, after the revision, the colors were blended according to the color theme of the main picture as you requested. I have shared a Drive folder link here:

You may access the above link to have a look at the original picture we received to work from, the references for only the faces of the subjects, and the final preview of the completed artwork we shared.
We offered to further revise the colors even after the completion of the artwork. However, we received a cancellation request. We had duly cancelled the project and issued a refund as requested.
Please know as our artworks are 100% handmade, we are dependant on the pictures we work from and the customer's input. We, thus, share a layout for your approval prior to starting work so that you get a clear idea about how the artwork would be laid out, the colors, the poses, etc. We render a representation of the approved layout and make no significant changes while commissioning the artwork such as changing a color unless specifically mentioned and approved by the customer prior to starting work as this helps our customers know better about what to expect from the painting.
We hope you understand and we would be on the same page so that we can work together in the future as well as you have the kind of experience we are known for and strive for all our customers.
