This clinic ruined my life
I had an absolutely terrible experience at this dental clinic (Tugun, GoldCoast). The person who performed my dental cleaning had no regard for my gums and showed zero compassion for the pain I was experiencing. They left my gums bleeding for days after the procedure.
By the second day of the cleaning, I started having intense pain on the left side of my jaw. After seeing a specialist, I was diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia, a condition that can result from poor dental treatment and has no cure. I now live with permanent, excruciating pain because of the damage done here.
When I reported the issue to the dentist in charge, they laughed at me and did absolutely nothing. After repeatedly pushing for help, I was finally told there was nothing they could do and, once again, they just laughed. I was also told that the clinic would never take responsibility for the damage caused.
They have completely ruined my life. I now live with constant, unbearable pain that will never go away. Please be extremely cautious and do not risk your oral health by trusting this clinic.
