I absolutely love my Hermès Toolbox 20 in Blue Atoll! The bag arrived exactly as described and was packaged very neatly and securely. Shipping was incredibly fast, which made the whole experience even better. Customer service was amazing—they were extremely responsive, answered all of my questions, and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. I’m so happy with both the bag and the overall experience, and I will definitely be shopping with them again!

I was a bit skeptical in the beginning because I don’t trust selling live stream. However the service team gave instant response, I got the required photos almost right away. Shipping and delivery is very fast, packaging super thoughtful. The bag itself is beyond beautiful, ‘pristine’ does not give it credit. It’s almost new except the leather at corners are a bit rubbed flat, but consider the bag’s age it’s expected. It’s not the color I originally planned to buy but I am so happy I got it. The pricing is unbelievable , I feel like I made money buying it 😂. Btw I got another authentication and it came back authentic.

The team was very helpful. They even sent me photos of the bag with someone trying it on so I could see the scale of the bag. The duties and taxes were included in the price and they shipped it very quickly. I had the item in about 5 days. I would purchase from them again.

The bag is authentic, and more dreamy and perfect than the one I was offered in Hermes boutique a few months prior. Packaging was thoughtfully done, bag was well protected. Delivery was quick, and uneventful. Chong was as detailed as can be with regard to shipping background. There is a system to the process, which I may not fully grasp as a customer. Minus that, the seamless shopping experience is impeccable.

They overcharged me for a bag that I purchased by $400.00! I asked her to adjust the price to what I bidded!! She claimed that she wasn’t going to adjust the price even though it was clear on the video what I had bidded. I attempted to get the price adjusted at least 4 times! To no avail! She blocked me so I contacted what not and was granted a full refund! They will not be on what not long treating customers like that!! Shame on them!! 👎 I will not support any business that isn’t willing to fix their mistakes and over charges customers!!!
