£169 dress delivered in a battered envelope. Open up to find a dress that’s obviously been worn previously. Stinks and is filthy. Contact Maya Deluxe direct to enquire if they have size available to do an exchange and they have not replied. Terrible customer service and awful product condition!

Although I was surprised not to have an email confirming my order or my part-refund, the dress is gorgeous and arrived quickly (took about three days) and the refund was processed quite quickly as well.

I ordered a bridesmaid dress in 2 sizes for my MOH to try on. This was a week ago. It was supposed to be next day delivery! I received the confirmation email but nothing since that and have tried calling and emailing with no response.

The dresses were great quality and arrived quicker than expected.

I ordered a dress for Next day delivery, I’m still waiting, it’s been 4 days, I still haven’t received my item or a shipping confirmation,
Terrible customer service they don’t answer the phone or reply to emails.

The dress was very true to size and was absolutely beautiful we definitely use the site again

Stunning quality dresses for a fraction of the price, really quick turn around response from purchase to me receiving the items. Would absolutely recommend and use again.

Full refund including postage was received, but all in all a waste of time.

When I paid for the order I did not receive a confirmation email. I rang up to confirm and they confirmed it was ok and will be delivered.

The parcel never came and when i rang up they said it had been attempted to be delivered but no one was in. No card or note was left and so I do not believe a delivery had been attempted.

I asked for a refund (2 weeks later) and they said they would do it. A week later i rang up again as no refund has been received. They said it had not been done so would do it now. A week later I received the refund.

This dress was for a bridesmaid for a wedding.

Would not recommend.

We have ordered bridesmaid dresses from Maya for the last 4 family weddings. They are always the number one choice due to the variety of styles and sizes that they create. The service from the customer service team is always excellent, and for my own wedding Jamie has gone above and beyond in assisting my queries. I cannot thank the team enough and I will continue to spread the good word about the quality of both the dresses and the excellent customer service! Thank you again.

Bought a very last minute dress for a wedding this weekend from the Anaya collection - absolutely gorgeous dress and arrived in less than 24 hours!! Amazingly fast delivery!! I’d previously used the brand for bridesmaid dresses at my wedding and remembered to size up as they can be neat fitting, so if you’re busty I’d recommend doing the same!
