FANTASTIC SERVICE communication was excellent, the parcel was delivered on time, they adhered to every parameter they set. The packaging was superb. Cannot recommend highly enough. Would use every time

I send the parcel via DHL.my parcel was a delay by fourteen days. I complain to the company, and personal give me a callback, but on the call, he was rude, loud and use the abusive word so I need to disconnect the call 10000% not recommend this London beach.

The worst service ever at the st albans…
The worst service ever at the st albans branch.
Walked in and the person totally ignored me until I repeatedly called Hello.
When he came I explained I wanted to fax a doc. He explained he couldn't do it (strange for a shop that advertises itself for faxing!!!).
So I asked him if he knew some place around to do that and he said:

Trying to pay for delivery online what a joke
My husband and I have been trying to pay for a pick up from an auction house online as they say it's the only way they accept payment. However WHERE IS IT because we can't find how to pay online what a joke. You want business mailboxes make life easier and get your online payments accessible.

I paid 200 uk pounds to this company to securely pack and post 2 vases to me. A courier turned up at my door and literally handed me the vases, no boxes, no packing nothing. I phoned their office and asked why my vases were not packed in boxes like i had ordered and paid for and was told it was explained to me over the phone before i made payment that the vases would not be packed which was not the case, why would i pay 200 pounds for unpacked items, i could have gotten a better service from uship for a quarter of the price paid. I have used mailboxes in other cities before with out problems but this Wolverhampton office is a joke with terrible customer service. Be warned...
