We generally had a consistent and helpful service when renting a property managed by MBR. The property was all in good condition and any issues reported were logged and resolved quickly. Considering the type of landlords you can see in the private renting market, I would recommend MBR as a reliable and fair landlord / property manager.

We rented through MBR Management for four years and Mike was very helpful, polite and approachable from start to finish. Before starting the tenancy he explained all the terms of the contract, all questions we might have including the end of contract requirements and the deposit protection scheme. We had some requests which required minor repairs before entering the property and these were were addressed competently by Mike and his team. During the tenancy all the reasonable and urgent requests that emerged were dealt with swiftly and professionally, ranging from leaks to boiler change.
We felt that our concerns were listened to and issues dealt with timely. MBR Management has always provided us with clarity and information when needed.

The experience was easy-going for us as it was well organised and clearly communicated from start to finish. MBR Property have been a pleasure to deal with, since initial viewing and getting our tenancy in place, it's been an absolute breath of fresh air to deal with them. We moved into our new property and had a few niggles after moving in, however they were very professional, responsive and quick at getting all resolved. The communication and replies are always very quick and they have not let us down yet. We are very happy to have chosen to go with MBR Property Management and have felt in good hands since the get go. Mike and his team have always been extremely helpful, knowledgable, communicative and considerate when it come to to letting and managing my property.
They are agile and are able to arrange viewings quickly and will always ensure they get the best price whilst being very honest about prospective tenants and their suitability.
MBR are also fantastic when it comes to issues - repairs are turned around super fast and very pro-actively. They never let things fall into disrepair, ensure all safety checks as carried out as legally required and get excellent very fair prices for all works that are carried out. Regular inspections have ensured any damage to my flat was dealt with swiftly and fairly.
I would highly recommend and found their fees and costs to be significantly more competitive than that of standard high street chain estate agents or property management companies.
