Always available and very helpful, great software product. Compared to other solutions I had no complains so far. If you are looking for a stable solution then that is the one! Highly recommended!

There's just nothing to talk about. Everything is perfect. Support responds to the moment, if anything. I recommend with both hands.

I have been using MBtools for 1 month now and I think it really is the best program you can have. It really works great and very simple. And if it does, something goes wrong. (which I do wrong myself) then their support is truly excellent. These people are doing really well and still know what service and customer friendliness is. For me, actually 10 stars if you could give them.

It was my first using a service from mbtools, i downloaded the app and i bought an amg menu activation for w222 pre-facelift s500. Then i had an error flashing the new software. I contacted mbtools via whatsapp and i got a reply in just a few minutes. They send me the files for download i flashed it with a different software which was supported by my vci. In the end everything worked perfectly. 5 Stars for this awesome support.

PL: Super Polecam bo warto. Wystarczył Openport 2.0 Tactrix za 63zł i oczywiście wykupienie odblokowania funkcji AMG menu i tryb A czyli supersport w skrzyni. W kilka minut udało się to co dla speca w mojej miejscowości było niemożliwe. POLECAM !!!

I have activated AMG menu on IC213 and not all was working, but the instrument cluster was the problem not actually supporting all functions. Then the internet connection or the app crashed and then couldn't revert the settings. Then I wrote tu support which they gave another chance to fix everything. So greatly recommended, customers service was top notch! Will use MBtools services again in future.

Maybe the best service out there on the market. When MB service told me Car Play is not possible for my car i was frustrated as the car is 2018. Then i found this service and managed to enable it myself in less than 10 minutes all together. Great feedback for the provider !!! And they are quick in response if you need help too. Thank you for the service !!!

Extremely professional approach, very quick response for questions. No problem to get a refund when something not working as it should. For sure I will back and do more coding with mbtools.
