My Gp send the prescription directly to McCabes in the Blanchardstown Mall.One day later I went there but they did not have the Item.They offer me a generic one but must order.They promise me to send me SMS next Day.I did not hear anything from them anymore.Must go back again to ask for the medicine.I have problem to get air and wait already two days for my important medication.No Sms ,no Call from them.

Fantastic pharmacy very friendly online service. Definitely recommend anybody to shop in Mccabes and to shop online with them 100%.

Absolutely dreadful place. Ordered 24 hour blood pressure monitor. Incorrectly set and I had to return to get it fixed. Took reading when I first collected it. It was 157 can't remember bottom figure. Went back an hour later stressed to bits and reading was 100. I told girl it was incorrect. She tried another monitor and it read 159. How are they allowed to provide this kind of service for such a very important thing as blood pressure. It then took about 15 minutes to find my prescription for monitor as girl had gone home and there seems to be no system for where things go. If u need monitor pay the extra and get proper service from gp. Avoid mc cabes pavilions swords.

I placed an order online for a click & collect .I have gotten no response over a month and the order was 100 euro worth. Absolutely unacceptable and completely unreliable. Looking at previous reviews this is a common issue with McCabes , I would not recommend to place any orders online for click & collect.

McCabes Pharmacy in Ridgewood has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. They have no idea how to behave as a local business. They refuse to take children's passport photos, claiming to not have the correct seat, another McCabes pharmacy did it no bother because my child can stand! They refused to give us medication for a sick infant multiple times because it was 30 mins before closing and wont let you in the store sometimes 20 mins before closing. Every time I decide to go back there again it gets worse. I have honestly never come across anything like it! Abysmal!

To the wonderful pharmacist's at Airside who helped me with Covid tests and offered such resounding support, a big thank you! I was thinking about purchasing a nasal rinse before my big Covid test on Monday and the Pharmacists recommended against it. They were very truthful and honest which made me decide against purchasing it. And, I tested negative on Monday after quarantining for 5 days in Ireland. Thanks again for your service and support!

I ordered online for click and collect from the Athy branch the 1st of June. I received an email saying It’s had been shipped to Athy the 2nd of June and the pharmacy would contact me to collect my order. It is now the 06th of June and the Athy pharmacy has still not contact me. I will not be ordering from this website again.

Met a fabulous lady Maureen working in the crescent limerick branch. She was working in the makeup & creams counter. She was so kind & helpful & such a pleasure to deal with. Her customer service will bring me back again & i’ve told all my colleges about her kindness

They advertised as Next Day delivery but it's all lie. Even within Dublin it will take around 3 days, even you pay extra for that. So be aware of that.

Wexford town spent a weekend in wexford from Dublin and for got my medication the young man in the chemist could not have been more helpful rang my chemist in Dublin and got my medication emailed to him and was able to give me my 2 tablets to help me till I got home. Very very helpful thanks

Ordered and paid for 100g of diclac gel. Only received a 30g tube. Emailed them and they apologised and sent out the correct order.

Delivery was very quick, would have no problem ordering again.

Great service. Love their watermelon vitamin c sachets and the little treat inside.
