We do actually have instructions highlighted on the Product page, Invoice page & FAQ page about the crucial steps of having to log into Bedrock for the cape to appear on Java. However, we appreciate your concern that this is not clear enough, which we will work on ideas to improve this!

There are a lot of sketchy site out there. Mc capes is not one. It’s the only site I trust regarding minecraft capes, as well for all of their products. The customer service is one of the best I’ve seen in years

Fast delivery and support
Redeemed a minecraft experience cape code. The code was not able to be redeemed. Reached out to support and in less than an hour was able to get a replacement. Would buy from them again!
