Very quick got the code pretty fast, and well it works so what else do you need to know? If it works it works.

I was a bit nervous to spend $300 on preordering a cape from a website I hadn't ever ordered from before. $300 is a lot of money, but mccapes came through! They kept me updated on my order, and as soon as I confirmed my purchase with them they gave me my cape code! It worked right away on Bedrock edition, and only took a few short days to show up on Java (took a bit longer than most capes since it was new at the time). I'm very happy with their service and management, they're transparent and communicative. Thank you mccapes!! I love my moonlight cape so, so much!

accidentally forgot to include the required PayPal note when I sent my payment, so my order wasn't processed automatically. I contacted MC Capes support and they replied almost immediately. They quickly found my payment, manually processed my order, and sent me my codes. Everything worked perfectly. Really impressed with how fast and helpful the support was. Highly recommended! ❤️

Was confused about how I was supposed to receive my cape code. Customer service was great and got it for me with ease.

They actually gave you the code when buying for the Minecraft cape that you pick out. They may not have all of them, so don’t expect it to. It gets you to instantly when you purchase it. It’s highly trustable, they don’t blow up your emails about the capes at all! I would say it’s the most trustable website I even used to get a couple Minecraft capes and I’d recommend it if you want some. If your cape doesnt show up I recommend looking up a video on how to fix that issue, which I have done. After watching a video on how to fix the capes to show up in Java, it was there after I follow through on the tutorial!

Prices are high, but overall, great customer service. So some of the older capes are fairly priced. For people who are looking to buy a cape, you do need a Discord account.

I bought 5 capes on 1 of my Minecraft accounts, they gave me an already used code for 1 of them I requested a new code and within LITERALLY 5 mins they sent me a new code along with an apology.

I then came back a week later and bought a cape for a different account of mine and it worked with no issues.

Literally instant delivery as soon as u send the money this is honestly an amazing team. 6 total capes bought, only 1 had issues that was resolved within 5 mins. I WILL be returning to buy more capes whenever they release on the website 👍

I know that some places have fake reviews but honestly, this place was great working with them. They have the best prices on the market for capes and you truly get them within 24 hours of your purchase I would not trust anyone more with my money then MC capes.
