Manchester Removals were very responsive, accommodating, and flexible, provided quick responses to emails. On moving day it went very smoothly and the team were very helpful.

Marie and Clint were absolutely brilliant from start to finish - so helpful, friendly and efficient. They made the stressful situation of moving house easy and reassuring. I had wondered how all my things would fare after 8 months in storage but I needn't have worried - everything was brought back 100% intact and in tip-top condition. If you have any hesitation about using this company - take it from me, your stuff is in the safest of hands. I was sad to say goodbye actually - because they were such lovely people!

Great service from start to finish. Nick was very informative during the video survey, with lots of tips for packing. He kept in regular contact throughout. The movers on the day were polite, friendly and very efficient. Couldnt have gone more smoothly.

Excellent service from start to finish, the house survey was efficient, all questions answered and advice given beyond what you expect (ie pack yourself an overnight bag for ease on the first night!). Nick and his team were recommended to us personally so we only got 1 other quote to compare but they came in cheaper than this.

The move day was seamless, despite international IT issues, which the team were understanding of. They constantly checked in with us that we were ok with everything, quite nice given that moving house can be stressful/emotional! No damage to furniture and all boxes placed where they were labelled and they even helped us re jig the lounge to make everything fit better. Thanks guys!

We’ve used MCR Removals twice. They are absolutely brilliant and thoroughly professional. All the right kit to transport fragile and large items - Marie and Clint were really respectful of our treasures and just got stuck in to doing the job. A brilliant company with excellent customer service and great care and efficiency during moving.

Nick was exceptionally patient and helpful as we had to keep delaying our move date. We then found our completion date did not line up with end of tenancy and we were able to also purchase storage for our items at a rolling rate. This flexibility supported us in a very stressful time and I could not have done it without them.

In terms of the actual move-out and move-in days James and Clint were brilliant. They were friendly (I recommend you play good music and provide coffee) and extremely efficient in packing up our belongings and giving us guidance on packing and moving. The rebuilding of our Ikea furniture was also extremely helpful.
I would 100% recommend this company and would use them again in future. Thank you!

Manchester removals were great from start to finish. Nick did a video survey with us before booking and was bang on estimating the number of boxes we’d need. James led a 4 person crew on the day who cleared our 3 bed mid terrace in only a few hours, including a large number of potted plants in the garden. The team were absolute work horses and took enormous care in both the house we were leaving and the house we moved into. They made the experience of moving so much less stressful and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thank you!

I am very pleased with this company. They never say no and always find a way to help. When we needed to move our large metal garden shed, they quickly arranged the right crew, vehicle, and tools. I highly recommend their services.

Used this company recently to move the contents of a 3 bed house in Manchester to a storage unit in Hull. The service we got was excellent. The cost was excellent. The lads doing the job was excellent!

Really good experience. The pair who helped us move we really helpful going above and beyond to help us organise and facilitate the move. They never complained about our indecision or asking them to carry a chest of drawers up 2 flights of tight stairs. Was great to have the boxes available to help us prepare. Highly recommend.
