Me and My Glass レビュー 

I take no pleasure in giving negative feedback on a small business. I wish to state my experience as a warning for others. It’s been over 3 months since initial order. No delivery. No refund. Joke customer services by company owner. This matter got escalated to the banks. The company lied and insists a delivery of an item was made. No proof of delivery. It’s a mistake to trust a Mickey Mouse operation like this. If you do decide to place your trust with this company, before you order, get assurances IN WRITING of delivery time.

You will be extremely disappointed.

Not only was this originally a breach of contract. The company misrepresented their services with later subsequent actions I can only describe as unfair trading at best or fraud at worst. We ordered from another similarly sized company. The service was chalk and cheese. Immediate delivery and excellent customer services.

Why suffer? When others feel it is privilege to do business with them, this company will make you regretful. Quibbling losers.

Great company. Very good communication, I really wanted my products to be delivered fore Christmas and John pulled out all the stops and it was deliverd on 11th December even though the website originally told me that delivery would be mid-January. The glass arrived exactly to specification. One very happy customer

Easy process made simple with the clear instructions for home made template.
Great communication with the supplier and heat proof glass cut to perfection delivered with care in secure wrapped packaging. Made up with the result! Our Woodburner is now back to working order in time for Christmas!

Great service. Our table glass got broken, I ordered a replacement toughened, black glass. Arrived well within the stated timeframe and it looks stunning, better than the original as we had gotten some scratches on the previous one.

Delivery lads were great too.

This company offered solid online advice allowing me to specify my pond glass. I ordered 2 pieces made to order, unfortunately despite being well packaged one was broken by the transport company. Me and My Glass couldn't do enough to supply a replacement piece ensuring delivery on a tail lift vehicle as requested.
I would use again.

Do not use this company - its been over a year now and we still have not had our full delivery of glass. They never reply. And when they do - they are not useful usually saying 'Hi - let me look into this for you'.

...Then another 4 months goes by... They have no phone number. No address. They get the order incorrect and don't tell you.

Please - pay the extra somewhere else and use them.

It is an easy website to use and the bespoke glass for my wood burner stove was dispatched quickly. It is a perfect fit. Thank you.

Very easy to upload the dimensions I wanted and they responded quickly to my query. Very happy with my order and I'd use them again whenever I need replacement greenhouse panes.

I needed a piece of black glass to replace one of two in an extending dining table. The glass had to be cut exactly or it either wouldn't fit in the slot or it would fall through ! It was perfect when it arrived. The only hiccup was that the first one which arrived was actually someone else's but this was soon rectified.

Ordered a custom sized grey mirrored splashback online, informed delivery would take 4-6 weeks. Great communication regarding delivery with a phonecall at week 5 to inform me they would be delivering the item the following day and given a 3 hour time slot. Delivery driver called on the day at beginning of delivery slot time and informed me of exact time of arrival. Item well packaged and exactly as ordered. Extremely happy with the purchase.

Awful experience. Took over 3 months from ordering and paying for a kitchen splashback to eventually get a refund (which I organised through the bank as the company refused)

Had to constantly chase the owner (John) for updates and he kept fobbing me off with an excuse

This is the worst company I have dealt with for some time. They fail to keep delivery promises and say they will contact but never do.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! One man band ‘John’ is completely useless from start to, not even, finish. He won’t respond to emails, voice messages or offer any solutions to help resolve problems. Of which he clearly creates many whilst defrauding people of their money! Whilst I’m tempted to dump his home address on here so people have the opportunity to confront him directly, I shall leave it to other sources to leak. Only a matter of time before there’s a knock on the door. Don’t fall for this joker and his appalling standard of work and service.

After a considerable amount of time progress chasing I finally took delivery delivery of the Splashback ordered in September - very happy with the product... just disappointed with the level of communication throughout the process... if this improved I would have had no issues...

We ordered three mirrors from this company on September 29 and paid in full.
The agreed delivery date was October 17, but nothing has been delivered so far.

We have tried calling many times, but no one ever answers the phone.
We also sent several emails, and the few replies we received were unprofessional and did not address our concerns.

The company has made no genuine effort to resolve the issue or offer compensation.
We have asked for either the delivery of our mirrors or a full refund, but there has been no proper response.

Overall, our experience has been extremely disappointing and the customer service is unacceptable.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this company.
