The whole process was made so simple and straightforward. From ordering online to receiving the finished article went so seamlessly.
I ordered a 1.4m circular outdoor furniture glass table top, on August 5th, 2025. The price was good. Plus, it was only a month for delivery as the glass had to be toughened.
I was emailed regularly with progress updates.
John, who runs the show called me personally to let me know when the delivery would be. And true to his word, it arrived on time.
It is on my outdoor table now and I can`t tell the difference between the original glass top and the one that John made for me.
I will recommend Me and My Glass to anyone who needs any work using glass.

Needed to replace a firebrick for my wood burner. It’s quite a unique model and so it was difficult to find the exact firebrick, so I had one custom made. The service was excellent, with timely communication and delivery. Well recommended!

Great experience, John was extremely helpful and kept me updated from placing an order to it being delivered. Very reasonable prices and it arrived really well padded and packaged so overall I'd say a first class business. Thanks again and will be recommending in the pond groups 👍

I dealt with John throughout my dealings with the company. He was always helpful and polite and always responded to my comms.
He also had a lot of experience which was helpful. The biggest stress was the measuring but again John was on hand with advice how to do that.
The mirror was for an antique French armoire and the net result is stunning.
I highly recommend this company.

Well made piece of glass, at a reasonable price, good communication and timeline, well packaged on delivery, looks good but I think extra measurements should be asked for a better fit, but would definitely recommend.

DO NOT USE!!! Takes a week to get any reply, chased an order for weeks, kept getting excuses that it was with the shipping company who when I rang never had been sent the mirrors. Managed to get hold of them eventually after weeks of trying and had to go and pick the mirrors up myself after being told would refund the delivery. 4 weeks later after told several times would be sorted that week- still nothing . Terrible service!! Don't know how they still operate

I ordered a bespoke splashback and was very pleased with the entire process. Manufacturing and delivery times were exactly as stated, and everything arrived on schedule. The delivery was smooth and well-communicated, which made things easy on my end.

The product itself was exactly as described - it met all my expectations and looks great in place.

Overall, a reliable and professional service. I’d be happy to recommend them to others looking for custom splashbacks.

Very helpful company and someone you can talk to rather than the usual online experience. We ordered a bespoke bathroom mirror and it was excellent quality.

DO NOT USE - I would give no stars if I could. Took money for what was an anniversary present on 15th May, and it has still not been received and we are now 10th July. We have been in contact with them numerous times, the man gives promises it is on its way, then promises a refund neither are received. We are now going through the bank to get our money back. Do not believe the 5 star experience show on the website it is certainly not true, the company quite obviously takes orders, then keeps money when it cannot provide the goods. Check companies house its a one man band who can’t provide the service he advertises.

Delivered to schedule - very good quality and has given my garden patio table and new lease of life. Very happy.

Excellent. Instructions on the website about how to measure up were really clear.Our glass top for the garden table had shattered in a storm. The glass arrived and fitted exactly. I was also able to get it delivered at a date to suit us. Would really recommend.
