I purchased an HMP package and they promised to send the KIT. Even after one year they did not send the kit. I sent many reminders. Each time I call customer service they say someone will call back to resolve your query. Nobody called even after I called them 4 times. I could not do Blood test because the HMP card expired and they did not even send the card or remind me of expiry. Please do not go to Medall. They have the worst customer service

STOP SPAMMING, WORST SERVICE!!! Made the worst mistake of doing a test at one of their labs once and thereafter decided NEVER to visit again for their poor service! Another mistake I made was giving my mobile number and here I am now being harassed by their deperate and pathetic marketing promos on WhatsApp and SMS's! STOP sending your promo messages, we are not interested, if any takeaway from these messages, I promosie to NEVER EVER TO USE YOUR PATHETIC SERVICES!!!
