Thank you for sharing your concern. We completely understand how receiving your package with melted ice packs could be concerning. Rest assured, your treatment was shipped in temperature-protective packaging designed to keep it stable during transit for up to 48 hours, so melted ice packs upon arrival are expected and don't necessarily mean the medication has been affected.
