Took the platform 3 month for 2500 , on March 31, kept hearing it will be activated 24 hrs 48 hours, this has been around 2 weeks now, still following up, it has multiple help desk numbers but no one will take responsibility and key pushing that it's not my job, all will point to send email and that mail will keep saying send screenshots and will be resolved in 2 days, never resolved, it's a scam company

Bad bad service

I had booked medicines and it got delivered on time, one of the best app to use and book medicines, lab tests etc.

You guys think you are a medicine and pharmacy entity or comfort, lifestyle entity to deliver the product whenever you want.
Worst experience on my medicine order in metro city like Bangalore.
The doctors here Don't know to read the prescription also properly
Even though medicine is mentioned in the prescription, their response is medicines are not present in prescription and reject simply.
And even if order is placed successfully, they Don't deliver it for 3 days
And no update on delivery date nothing.

useless resource limited and over expensive

Absolutely rubbish service, cannot process a basic reimbursement claim for RCT. Demand unnecessary documents. Support is such a pain. If there are multiple dates present in the appointment cards in RCT and some have year being overwritten i.e. by mistake in couple of lines instead of 2026, she wrote 2025 and its not like just one such date is mentioned there are other lines in same report with correct year. As always support saw there are couple of overwritten dates now common is this come kind of banking stuff.

This is one of the many reasons why people don't opt for health insurance. It's just a scam.

Earlier their services were satisfactory. But nowadays they're not able to supply even basic drugs and completing partial orders with refunds

Worst experience ever they won't call back nor recive the calls we have to wait for 20-30min to get connect even after that their wont be any solution they will ask us to call differnt no as it's not relavent team, i did booked an appointment on reaching the hospital, hospital ppl said they informed medi buddy a week back itselfs stating doc is not aviable still medi buddy booked my appointment I drive almost 1hr and got to know no doc is aviable (it says all hospitals in my area is fully booked I don't understand how is it possible) now when Im calling them they r asking us to wait for an hr i dont understand how can the team behave like this, is this about health r something else don't we have offices to go? Who will take an action on them?

Medi buddy took money from Tata Aia for Video verification of my policy.
And even after 8 days they failed to complete it. .
Never use medibuddy

I don’t even want to give a single star yesterday i had a severe injury i booked appointment with meddybuddy they booked an unavailable doctor without checking properly we went to hospital and searching, checking in reception for more than a hour and tried to contact meddybuddy support no one responded properly
Firstly a lady picked up and she said she will check and ended the call again one man took and he said we’re different department ur requested department will contact u in 5 mins but no one contacted me

Very very worst experience.

I can't give even 1 star such a poor service not sure how big organizations like CTS has tie up with them.. worst

medibuddy very greedy They acts as broker in providing health service. eg 10000 exp in surgery cost of medicine 8000 profit 2000 so we have to pay 50% or 1000 but they want 5000 of main exp of 10000

Terrible experience doctors are not available for online consultation for hours. The scheduled consultation is not adhered to, took me over an hour after my scheduled consultation time to get a hold of a doctor who just responded with one message "wait". When he did get on he refused to listen to everything that I was reaching out for and was in a hurry to get off. I got a whole of a doctor almost 4 hours after I initially requested consultation, and a doctor got off the call in under 3 minutes.
The doctor just say is happy to write more and more medicines which are not even available for same day delivery on the app, I don't know whether he got the whole picture of what had happened because he was in such a rush. So I have to purchase the medicines at an elevated price externally and following up if it work or don't work is another hassle.

For eye vision care, I had very worst experience with medibuddy. They didn't resolve the issue since 1 month from date of order place.

Useless App and services . There is not proper way to call back and reach out to them . Chatbot is of no use. For the same presecrition and same medicine they will unnecessary bother you with Dr consultation . If you missed the call they won't call immediately and you won't be able to call back.

Results are same for 1 year to the decimal! 100% fraud

They cheat on customers even employees too. Founders club is filled with fraudsters. Do not trust the platform. People opted for certain services are not with us today and they will never let you know.

If it is negative number then i would give negative because i have State bank of India corporate account and continuously more then 5 times canceled my medicine order to delivered to me in metro Mumbai worsted service do not grant Medibuddy in next coming year boycott this company. I wish I had an option to give negative stars. The company knows how to make money by cheating people. I paid for the consultation but never took the same. I asked for the refund, called many times, wasted my time but yet no refund. Never rely on this company.
