To make wound care more affordable and to reduce waste you are able to buy single dressings instead of a whole box. Hi Charles, thank you for your review. Looking at your order it looks like you selected pay by Bank Transfer when you checked out however after speaking to accounts no money was ever transferred therefore the order was never dispatched. The bank transfer option on checkout is usually a selection used by our business customers and I am terribly sorry if there was any confusion. If there is any way possible way we can resolve the issue for you please contact us on 01424 870 753. In addition if you still want the dressings we can take payment over the phone and get this delivered to you next day. We look forward to hearing from you.
