Medipet has been with me and Phoebe for the lengthy journey of two cruciate leg ops and follow up physio. They are trustworthy, and don't quibble a vet or physio bill if it's clear that the treatment is necessary. Without Medipet I could never have afforded Phoebe's treatment. I'm definitely a loyal customer.

MediPet has actual vets and nurses in house who assess all the claims. As a vet, I can call in and know I will be speaking to someone who understands what we do.. and doesn't just sell pet insurance along with car and household insurance. They actually know what we as vets need to be able to do our job properly and they support the vet industry in South Africa.
