I am sorry to hear that you are not happy. We do state on the website for the product that you ordered before you placed the order, that it is a special order item as it is customised to your requirements, and it will usually dispatch in 10 working days.
The expedited shipping you chose is from when we send the item out to yourself.

Fantastic service !
