Mixed experience
They are very polite and responsive on the phone. Unfortunately, two out of four Keeler otoscope bulbs did not work. They don’t check before sending them out. So I’m disappointed.

I got what I needed
I got what I needed, but postal charges were slightly higher for such a small item. The shipment box was also biger for such a small item
I think if use small box would reduce the postal charge and hence overall price.

This bulb arived within 2 days of my…
This bulb arived within 2 days of my order and worked.
Unfortunately, the first one I ordered on the 6th. Oct falled to light and 'blew' when power was turned on.
The lamp is in good order and I'm used to changing the bulb. I can only say the bulb was U/S from the start. I didn't think it was worth sending back as the filament had detached and was lying in the bottom of the bulb. If you feel charatable towards the NHS a replacement bulb would help. Other than that, the second one is very good.
