My name is Irina Mihaela Varban, I am 24 years old, and I would love to share my experience with Medproper.
Two years ago, I had my gastric sleeve surgery through them, and just two weeks ago I returned for a major set of procedures: abdominoplasty, liposuction, arm lift, and breast lift.

From the very beginning, Olesea has been the person guiding me through every step. She handled all the communication, planning, and support, not only for me, but also for the people I recommended who later reached out to her. For two years, she stayed in constant contact, always ready to help, reassure, and guide me. I am genuinely grateful for her dedication and kindness.

This time, I was operated on at BHT Clinic, and Dr. Nurbanu Tapan has all my respect for the many hours she spent reconstructing my body. She managed to “put me back together” in a way that made me feel, at 24, like I finally belong in my own skin again. She is a doctor I would trust any day, incredibly skilled, professional, and compassionate.

The translator, Baran, is an exceptional person as well, very human, patient, and always ready to provide any information or support I needed.

I also had the pleasure of meeting Atabay, the head of the operation team. He never acted like a distant superior; instead, he genuinely cared about my comfort throughout the process. He was supportive, attentive, and extremely helpful.

I want to express my deep gratitude to all the nurses who took care of me in the hospital. They were always kind, gentle, and warm. Kader, Aysima, and Dilara deserve a special mention, thank you for the care, the massages, the support, and the way you looked after me from before the surgery until the very end.

I also want to highlight Andrei, who contacted me the very next day after I arrived back in my home country. He made sure I was feeling well and that my experience with Medproper had been positive. That follow-up meant so much to me and showed once again how much they care about their patients even after the journey is over.

All these people are truly special. They showed me humanity, empathy, and dedication in ways I will never forget. They helped rebuild not only my body, but also my confidence and my joy. Thanks to them, at 24, I finally feel like life is beautiful again, and worth living fully.

Thank you all for being an amazing team. My life has taken shape again, and today I am a different person because of you, someone who will smile differently for the rest of her life.

I have recommended, I recommend, and I will always recommend Medproper. Their professionalism, their care, and the fact that the patient’s health and happiness come before business mean everything.

Congratulations to the whole team, and I’ll see you again in 3 months for my leg liposuction. I need to be completely happy. 😌

Everything went as smooth as possible! No pain, no vomiting, nothing! I highly recommend!

You're confusing the world, you shouldn't exist!

The medical experiience, hospital staff, the operation, the facilities and the doctor were all 5 star. The pick up from hotel to and fro the hospital was a different experience. Ended up using a taxi on both trips. Also the follow up from my dietician is 0, as i have not been able to communicate with her since i left.
But i do recommend. 1 month now and i have lost 13kg

Numele meu este Roxana,m am operat la stomac acum 10 luni si sunt foarte multumita de rezultat!Totul a decurs foarte bine,recuperarea a fost usoara nu ma asteptam,iar echipa medicala a fost foarte extraordinara!Ma simt foarte bine acum dupa pierderea kg in plus,in ziua operatiei aveam 83 de kg am un minus de 33 de kg!Le multumesc din suflet pentru profesionalism si grijă!Recomand cu incredere!

I highly recommend the Medproper Health Tourism team for anyone considering bariatric surgery. I had my procedure on August 24, 2024, at Central Hospital Istanbul, and I cannot praise them enough.

​From the very beginning, the entire process was completely stress-free. I was met by a driver right at the airport in Istanbul, and every detail was handled perfectly.

​The staff at Central Hospital Istanbul were incredible. They took care of me every single minute, from my first medical checks until the day I was discharged. I felt completely safe and supported the entire time.

​A special thank you to Dr. Murat, who was simply amazing—God bless him. He is the best surgeon I could have ever asked for. The translators and the entire Medproper support staff were also fantastic, offering excellent customer service.

​If you are nervous or unsure, please trust this team. I felt I was in safe hands every step of the way.

So I wrote a review a few months ago after coming back from a really bad experience and having an infection and problems with my Hollywood smile. I have been invited back on a promise to be picked up from the airport and treated and everything put right and when I arrived last night, there was no transfer so I’ve had to pay for a taxi in try and find my way back to the hotel. They lied again after telling me they’re going to put everything right and asking me to take my last review down which I will not in fact I will post more and many more to warn people in the UK never to use this company….

How can you invite someone back and then just ignore them? They’re opening my messages now and not getting back to me. They are so unprofessional. I cannot explain….! I am shocked this is happening again when they promised to put everything right they ignored me right up until I did a Trustpilot review and then Only to look good online did they then get back to me? They’ve continued to communicate with me right up until I’ve actually arrived and now they’re not….

I will go into the dentist and see if they can contact Medproper… when I walked in and gave my name they remember me from a few months ago and they rolled their eyes at knowing it’s a Medproper problem so quite clearly Medproper have a bad reputation here in Turkey…

I will end up contacting the police today if this is not resolved I’ve had to pay again for a flight and hotel to now be ignored. This is totally unacceptable. Unprofessional absolutely disgusting behaviour!!!!

After 1 year had to travel back to Istanbul twice. As we had issues with the implant. Had problems again in November and trying to contact Medproper. But the answer is always. We need to consult with the clinic. And you never receive an answer back.
Still waiting for an answer. I do not recommend Medproper.
