I had my board just over two months ago and I’m experiencing battery issues, however the meepo team agreed to send me a new battery! Overall I like the product!

Meepo Mini Dual
He comprado un Meepo Mini Dual para mi hijo. Estoy muy contento con la calidad y prestaciones del producto. Tuve un problema con el mando a distancia (la batería se agotaba muy rapido). Mandé un correo al servicio post venta y después de enviar un video me enviaron otro mando para solucionarlo. Buen servicio post venta.

Wow Meepo is Amazing!!!
First, I would like to say that everyone I dealt with from Meepo was professional and very kind. When I received my order they went far beyond what they were to do and did more than what I had expected. They didn't ask any questions, they only wanted to see the defect and they took care of me with another order of what I had already paid for, for FREE!!!!

Cyclone 165s Future Tubeless Tire Set
Meepo Board is hands down, the best electric skateboard company in the industry. I now have over 1,500 miles on my Meepo Hurricane, and yesterday was my first ride on the new Cyclone 165s Future Tubeless Tire Set. They are the most durable, and comfortable wheels I have ever owned. Not only do they provide ultimate comfort, but the best carvability out of any wheel i've ever used. If you don't own this combination of board and wheels, what are you waiting for?

Meepo huricain review
I bought a meepo hurricane about 10 months ago, and so far the only parts i haven't replaced are the battery, motors, and deck. It has been broken for about 4 months of that time. It's fun when it works, but the key there is, when it freaking works. Meepos customer service is down right horrible, you will get one email back a day, if that. My board has been broken for the last 2 months. I have known exactly what is wrong with it from day 1 and they refused to believe me. After 2 months of back and forth, waisting my limited warranty time, and then sending me the wrong parts, they finally sent me what i need. It still isn't here though, if you expect fast shipping you will be disappointed. Long story short, im not buying a meepo again. The only reason they get 2 stars is because when it works the huricain is fun.

Support team/ Warranty
I contacted their support team when my battery started acting up and not charging. The battery read 100% when it was clearly dead. Luckily, it was still under warranty. When I contacted the team, all I had to do was send them my order/tracking number, order email, and a picture or video of the problem that was occurring. They got back to me relatively quickly and are sending me a brand new battery right now that will arrive within 1-2 weeks.

First year on Meepo Hurricane I made 2400km. Almost with no problem. Little issue which meepo ussualy respond by email. Communication is good, board is amazing. Happy to be their customer.
Customer Support, Terrible Build Quailty
I am updating my review 1 star, I got my board (Meepo Hurricane) back in December and it was working perfectly for a week. After a week my charger burned out and melted the charger port along with it. I was sent a new charger and a charging module (21 days to deliver) and my board was working great for 2 days. Then my ESC completely burned out and caused the motors to lock up. I was sent out a new ESC (Another 21 days to deliver) and it was working great for about 2 weeks. Then my ESC burned out AGAIN. (18 days to deliver) I was sent out a new ESC for the second time and it was working for 1 month. One day I was just carving around, pretty aggressively and the back kingpin on my board completely snapped, and caused the entire back try to come off the board, only connection to the board was the cables. Mind you I am only 130lb, and the boards max weight is 550bs?? My warranty is almost expired and I'm waiting for their support to send me replacement parts. Their support is slow but they have help me with all the issues I've been having.
I accidentally ordered 120mm cloud…
I accidentally ordered 120mm cloud wheels for the hurricane but I needed them for my voyager. The belt size is different. Meepo is sending me the correct 265mm belts at no charge. I've made meepo my e skateboard brand so I'm glad to know they backed me up when I needed it
I lost the inside washer that sandwich…
I lost the inside washer that sandwich between the motor axle and the wheel pulley. Ailly has been a great help to get me the washer that I needed. I couldn't be any happier.
Owning 6 Meepo Boards in 4 years...
I've had Meepo boards for the past 4 years and I have been a huge fan of the products and company.
Starting with the V2 to the V3 and NLS, to owning a hurricane.
I've also tried seeing if the grass was greener on the other side with other companies and I was sadly mistaken and came right back to Meepo
Customer support in the past 8 months has been very helpful, timely in response, and accommodating for when things don't work correctly, as to be expected with literally any company.
I ride at least 2-3 times a week and have friends ride, I plan on being a long term user of Meepo for the foreseeable future.

I had a problem with my hub motors and…
I had a problem with my hub motors and when I filed a warranty claim, they replied fast and got my warranty on the hub motors! Great customer service, no complaints!
Bonnie was absolutely fantastic
Bonnie was absolutely fantastic when it came to customer support. I have zero complaints, she went above and beyond. My issue arose on March 27th when I first sent an email and by March 30th I had received a tracking number. I love my meepo v4s and plan on purchasing v5 soon hopefully!
I love Meepo
I love my Meepo board. Recently I had an issue with the hub motor so I reached out to the support team. My experience was 5 star. The genuinely valued me as a customer and helped me resolve my issue super fast. Now I can get back to doing what I love, cruising on my Meepo.
