DISCOUNTS AFTER BOARD STOLEN…

I had my backfire longboard X2 Zealot stolen and the S3 stolen, and they gave me discounts on both boards!!!! What an amazing company who even does that anymore now a days? Best customers service and best electric longboards on the marke! You won’t be disappointed

Bought for Christmas 2024

Bought for Christmas 2024, the motor caught on fire 2 months of owning it. They did replace the motor. The bolts in the wheels brake every 3rd ride due to the poor design, and the battery box has now broken. Don't waste your time and money. Buy something better

Came as promised and it’s great

Ordered my Backfire Zealot S to Denmark from the German warehouse, I wrote a mail before buying and the support said it would come within 4-8 business days. And as promised it came within 7 days.
And I can say the board is a blast to ride, can’t wait to carve trough the streets.

MOTORI SCADENTI

Ho recentemente acquistato uno skateboard elettrico che ha manifestato un guasto al motore dopo circa 300 km percorsi e sei cicli di ricarica della batteria, ognuno dei quali garantiva 50 km di autonomia usandolo alle performance minime. Nonostante la rottura di uno dei due motori sia avvenuta così prematuramente, il venditore si è rifiutato di effettuare la sostituzione in garanzia, sostenendo che sul loro sito è specificata una garanzia di soli 180 giorni. Questo è sorprendente considerando che, secondo la normativa europea, i consumatori hanno diritto a una garanzia di due anni. La precocità del guasto mi porta a mettere in discussione la qualità del prodotto. È un vero peccato, poiché lo skateboard ha dimostrato di essere eccellente in termini di prestazioni fino a quando non si è verificato il guasto. Una maggiore attenzione al servizio clienti e l'aderenza alle normative europee sulla garanzia potrebbero decisamente migliorare l'esperienza complessiva.

Motore Skateboard Elettrico S2 ROTTO DOPO 200KM

Ho acquistato lo skateboard elettrico e dopo appena 200km percorsi, 4 ricariche di batteria (50 km a ricarica), si è rotto uno dei 2 motori. Il fornitore si rifiuta di sostituire il motore rotto in garanzia perché dice che sul suo sito ha scritto garanzia 180 gironi. In Europa per legge il consumatore ha diritto a 2 anni di garanzia ma al di la di questo è impensabile che un motore si rompa dopo appena 200km.
Viste tutte queste recensioni sembra che il prodotto venduto sia di scarsa qualità. Peccato perché è veramente valido, se si esclude l'affidabilità, finche funziona è un gran prodotto. Basterebbe che l'assistenza fosse un po più perforante e si seguissero le linee guida europee per la garanzia.

Excellent board poor quality and service

Excellent board. Service was unacceptable. After having the board for just a few days the 2nd motor failed.

Their tech support only works via email. They sent a replacement part which didn't solve the problem. And they sent via USPS ground. It took nearly a week.

When i contacted them again they would not ship the additional part overnight. Nor replace the board which would have been the right thing to do.

It's been 2 weeks and still no part.

Cheap brand that doesn’t care about its customers

I’m going to begin by simply saying, Backfire does not know how to make electric boards that last.
I own a G3 Plus and have had it for almost 3 years now. During that time span I’ve had to get a replacement battery out of my own pocket, a new set of motors (which just broke again after not even a year) and even had issues with the stock motors that were sent to me with unthreaded screws that were just glued in! This company is a disgrace to the community and only sees you as a big dollar sign. Save your money and stay far away from this brand.

So disappointed..

So disappointed... ordered mine in
July (13) that arrived mid-September with dead battery. So they send me another one the 23th septembre that I'm still waiting (today is 14 December).

I recived a board with bad battery

I recived a board with bad battery (i belive they recived a bad batch of batteries), they replaced it fast but took some times since its very hard to ship batteries this size, also a few parts broke off the board but Adi from Customer service is fast to help, im very happy with the service to be honest..customer service is 10/10 even if everything didnt work on delivery i give them 5 stars, cause Adi from the Customer service is very helpfull and thers no problems when talking with them

Awesome customer service and product

The customer service I received before, during, and after my purchase of my Backfire Hammer Sledge has been exceptional. The quality of the board is great as well. I’d highly recommend Backfire to all friends and family.

Good quality and excellent customer service

I think backfire has the best customer service out of all the others skateboard electric companies they are quick to respond and are very helpful with any questions or concerns, boards are amazing quality and the acceleration feels great too will recommend this brand to anyone

Good board, misinformation and not enough support

So i bought a backfire ranger x2, and the website clearly states that the motors are waterproof. But after a while, my motors broke due to rust...
I really liked the board!
I am only giving 3 stars, due to misinformation and bad costumer support, who cant give a good offer on a new board. I feel a bit cheated as it said on the website it was waterproof, but it clearly isnt.

I bought a skateboard from Backfire and…

I bought a skateboard from Backfire and I am mega satisfied. I should have it sent to Denmark, and I would not wait 40-45 business days for the board I would like. So I ordered another board which was shipped from Germany with a waiting time of 4-8 business days. I got the board today and it only took 3 days from when I ordered to today where it arrived. I can definitely recommend Backfire.

Absolute disgrace

This company is the worst kind. I have bought 2 boards from this company, and both times they broke. The first board came with a broken battery and took 2 months for the replacement one to arrive. The second broke from a bearing problem, and bearings does note go under the warranty. Don't buy from this company, they just want money and not happy customers.

No support for older models

I have an older model board from them G2S that still runs very smooth but 6 months after I bought it G3 appeared and wheels for the G2S are nowhere to be found. It’s not cool to pay so much for a board and not be able to replace the wheels when they break. Beware not to buy when they announce a new type of board because they’ll instantly discontinue support for the old one. Not cool!
