I’ve been a customer for over four years unfortunately I’ve had outstanding customer service with any issues that I faced. The representatives are always fast to respond and very detailed with their expertise when it comes to resolving any problems.

Love the board. The four separate speeds are more than enough for my purposes. I use the first speed for S turns like snowboarding and the second speed for getting through straightaways quicker. Any faster than that 2nd speed and I’ll need body armor to survive a fall. The only drawback I experienced was changing a rear tire tube after about 30 miles of riding pavement. When I pulled the tube out of the tire, there was a bunch of rubber dust. It looked as if the ribs from the inner tire chafed the tube. No biggie. Great for summer when the ocean is flat here in FL.

Best electric sk8 company out there. They have been nothing but awesome and their boards are the best. I have been riding the meepo mini 2 for almost 5 years now and it just keeps on going. Just recently had to get a new controller and the team at meepo helped me get one sent out so I could get back on the road. If you’re looking for a solid electric skateboard these are the ones to try. Great quality and great company and for the price, these are totally worth it. Highly recommend. 🤙🏽

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I placed my order with Meepo about 8 months ago, and the product still has not arrived.

For months, I have been contacting their support team again and again, and instead of giving me a real solution, they kept delaying, avoiding responsibility, and giving unclear answers. No confirmed delivery date, no proper shipping solution, and no refund.

What makes this even more frustrating is that during all this time, there were shipping providers that could deliver to Israel. Meepo had every opportunity to use another shipping provider and actually fulfill the order, but they chose to drag this out for months instead.

I paid for a product I never received. After 8 months of waiting and being ignored, I have now had to open a chargeback with my credit card company.

This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I would strongly warn anyone considering buying from Meepo to think twice. If something goes wrong, do not expect them to take responsibility or solve it properly.

Meepo is the best electric skateboard company hands down! Best and fastest boards, best prices and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I had some issues after having my meepo for about 5 years and they were super helpful and understanding, replying quickly and effectively above all with knowledgeable and professional polite feedback and solutions. I am not a bot or being paid to write this I’m just a very satisfied and thankful customer!

I’ve had this board for about 6 months now and have put over 400 miles on it. The quality has been outstanding from day one. The board is insanely fast, has tons of torque, and honestly might be a little too good at convincing me that I’m more coordinated than I actually am.

Unfortunately, physics eventually won, and I crashed hard enough to break one of the headlight mounts. Completely my fault, not the board’s. I reached out to customer support expecting to buy a replacement part, but they tracked down exactly what I needed and sent it to me free of charge.

That kind of customer service is rare these days. The board has been awesome, the support team has been excellent, and even after eating pavement, I’m still out riding it every chance I get.

Highly recommend this company if you want a high-performance board backed by people who actually care about their customers.

I received your most recent email asking for a review, and I have to be honest—this is extremely frustrating given the situation.

Since receiving this refurbished Meepo V3 Max, I have yet to have a working skateboard. It has now been a significant amount of time since the initial delivery, and I am still troubleshooting issues rather than actually being able to ride the board. This is not the experience I expected, especially given your claim that refurbished boards provide the same high quality and reliability.

At this point, I am still waiting on a charger replacement—the second item that has been sent—and I do not even have a tracking number for it. Without that, I have no visibility into when (or if) I will finally be able to use the board.

Additionally, I am concerned that I may now be beyond the 30-day money-back guarantee window, despite never having had a functioning product during that time. That is not acceptable.

This company has provided me with continuous customer support despite not being obligated to. I would recommend anybody looking for a new electric skateboard to consider Meepo first.

The battery on my Meepo Edge skateboard failed a few months after I bought it, along with one of the motors. Luckily, customer service immediately tried to help me and sent me replacement parts so everything would work properly again. I think that's great (even if it's to be expected).

Great quality products sold by Meepo. I have an NLS pro that I’ve had since 2020 and finally needed to buy a new battery as I didn’t keep it charged this last off season. Being able to still get parts alone says a lot about a reliable company knowing they’ll be there if/when you need them. Their online team helped confirm the batteries sold today will still be compatible with board and allows my to shop with confidence. Thanks again Meepo!

I got the Meepo Go and it's fantastic, the sensations, the stability, comfort... all perfect, after 5 months the battery died :( BUT, the Meepo Team helped me and they will send me a new battery so I can keep enjoying this long. They made super good job assisting me via mail.

I bought a refurbished board that claimed to be the same quality, so I’d expect that it pass some sort of inspection. They didn’t even bother to look at the charger or charging port, so I received a defective product. I immediately contacted support and got a quick response saying they’ll send me the replacement for free, almost 2 months later, still no parts. Left me with only a tracking number and continuously stalling. Customer service is all talk no action.

I’ve been using Meepo boards for 6 years now and I’ve always had a great experience with both the boards and the service Meepo provides. I emailed customer service due to an issue I had with my motor wheels and they walked me through a ways to identify the issue. After identifying the issue, Meepo is now sending me a replacement part. 5 stars all the way! Great customer service!

Avoid buying from Meepo. The skateboard I purchased from them stopped working with less than an hour of use—basically brand new. When I reached out for support, they didn’t help at all. It ended up being a $500+ loss and a really frustrating experience. I’d recommend looking at other brands instead. Don't waste your money!!!

Overall quick to respond and offer solutions and replaced a part that arrived broken for me for free. Good customer service experience overall.

Awesome boards. Been riding them for years my ESC wasn't working on my new v3s it took a little bit of time but customer service got me a replacement Part and I'm very thankful for that

I got the Meepo rover and it’s a great board for the price point it is at. It goes over sidewalks and road with ease and it handles off-road very well. The back wheel ripped after only 80 miles and I reached out to customer support and they were more than happy to send me a replacement after a couple of photos, highly recommend for any starters out there.
