I was a quick deal, she asked me questions for about 10 minutes, and I was done. Super helpful when I had questions, and we have text back and forth with other questions. Great experience for buying insurance anyway :)

The Breeze platform was extremely user-friendly and clear. The ongoing status updates provided through text messages and email during the application and review process were very helpful and gave me regular and useful updates on where my application was in the process. In addition, customer support was available in a timely manner when needed and their representatives were very friendly and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Overall, this has been a great experience and I am also very happy that we were able to create an online portal to access our policy and details for future reference.

The experience with the salesman that I spoke with over the phone was great! He was very knowledgeable and talked me through options. Generally just well-spoken and easy to talk to.

The reason for a 4 is that the initial policy document I got had my name spelled wrong and I had to be sent a new one. Just attention to detail. Not a big deal - more like a 4.5. Not sure if that may have been Principals fault anyways.

I had a very good experience with Breeze as I was shopping for disability insurance online. The system setup was easy to follow and straightforward. After completing the application, I received a confirmation email and then prompt advisories as the application progressed. Within 24 hours I was contacted by email and text from a company rep with a direct phone number for questions. Overall, the process was simple and communication with Breeze was excellent. The rate that I received was very reasonable for the coverage I selected. So, I would definitely recommend Breeze if you are shopping for disability insurance.

To say it was a "Breeze" is an understatement. I was pleased with the process from beginning to end. From the easy to use online platform which made product selection easy and simple, to guiding me through the underwriting process keeping me informed each step of the way: I was truly surprised and delighted with the way it all went. I had shopped other products and by far this was the best experience no comparison.

I would rate it higher if possible. The process of getting insurance was easy and informative. The platform was user friendly and I was able to get the coverage I needed.

Ordered and paid for a garden table in may of this year (2022). Was given a delivery date at time of ordering of between 3rd and 5th July. Table never arrived and was advised the was a delay in getting stock (on website at time of ordering it said item was in stock, which was obviously not true). Expected delivery in August, then September and then in October now been told will not arrive before end of the year! Every time I emailed to say I would wait, I received an email response within hours. Finally ran out of patience and said I wanted to cancel the order and get full refund which breeze had offered. Emails have been ignored since I asked for a refund. Have opened a claim with PayPal who have contacted breeze on my behalf. Still no response and still no refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT HAVE THE STOCK IN SITE BUT AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER WITH THEM, THEY ORDER IT FROM CHINA AND RELY ON SHIPS BRINGING STOCK INTO THE UK. Prepared to go to court if necessary as I feel breeze have failed to honour the sales contract and is in breach of Consumer Rights Act.

Breeze has been such an amazing experience. Great service, amazing customer care and services. I'm excited to have these guys in my corner and can't wait to have many more years with Breeze!

The process was so rapid, secure and quick! I heard back within a couple business days regarding my application. It’s nice to have a company back you in regards to securing your future.

My experience with Breeze has been just that - a breeze! I'm so satisfied with the affordable premiums and simplified online enrollment process. I literally had a quote in 30 seconds and got the enrollment application done is about 10 mins. Immediately I received an approval and shortly after a confirmation email with the issuance of my policy. It was truly that simple. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I found breeze on investopedia when I was looking for long-term disability insurance. The online application process was extremely easy to complete and I didn’t need to visit a doctor. I was able to find coverage that met my budget and that will make sure I can continue to live within my means if something happens to me. Breeze agents kept me informed during the entire application process, and once my policy had been mailed to me Breeze agents reminded me to mail it back in. I have no complaints, this entire process was painless and much easier than I thought it would be!

I added short term disability insurance to my recent long term plan I took out with Breeze. Once again the process was easy, no having to talk to an insurance broker and the Breeze team were there to help me with any questions/issues along the way.
