There have rarely been any issues, but when there have been, the support team is fast and helpful. This time, I have had several issues, many of which were conflicts, mainly with other plugins. Sam was relentless in fixing them, even on a Friday afternoon, so I didn't have to put my site in maintenance mode over the weekend. I remembered that a few years ago, Sam was caring and helpful.

Sam in support is incredible. I'm serious that I wouldn't have stuck with MP if it weren't for his incredible support helping me navigate tech issues that were above my head. He's gone above and beyond helping me migrate from LearnDash to MemberPress and assisting with the Divi formatting issues and coding problems I was having. There is absolutely no way I could have gotten to where I am setting all this up without his assistance. I haven't launched yet but he's been helping me through the four months that I've been working on this and it's been invaluable.

I hope Memberpress knows what a valuable gem he is to the company!

I am still in the 14-day trial period, but so far I like what I see. Their support team is excellent. I worked with Euler Arthur who was very knowledgeable, friendly, and solved my issue. I hope all of their support reps are like Euler and that I wasn't just lucky to get the best on the team! I would highly recommend MemberPress.

This is my second review because there is no way I could receive the best support ever once again without leaving a review. Hesham and the team helped me through a technical issue that they didn't even have to help with due it not not being a MemberPress issue per se. If I ever have another project that requires a member solution it will 100% be MemberPress.

I have used MemberPress for many years. The product is rock-solid and rich in features. But it goes beyond that. When your business relies on memberships, you also need support when questions and changes inevitably come up. Without support, your business will suffer - and maybe die. MemberPress support is one of the best I have ever seen, with quick and expert responses. My recent positive experience with Predrag from MemberPress support was yet another example of the great job they do. Buy MemberPress for the product, but stay for the support. It makes all the difference.

strong tool with more features than we reall yneed

MemberPress has been a great addition to my website. It has leveraged more customer leads for my business and facilitated the growth of my wellness content membership structure. My developers and I moved away from a less comprehensive solution to MemberPress due to its wider array of features. We never looked back since.

We are early in our MemberPress adoption journey and have been very impressed with the flexibility of the plug-in for our membership site and offering. The MemberPress team have thought of everything it appears that a membership organisation would need. Additionally the quality and speed of responses from the MemberPress support team has been not only a huge help but impressive. Omar and Sinisa have been the agents that we have interacted with so far and both have been first class.

Very helpfull if you have questions or issues. Very service oriented. People are always patient and friendly. System works very good and is easy to implement.

I strongly recommend Memberpress.

Encountered some glitches during usage of the plugin. Contact support which referred us to a tutorial video. Many of the videos could be updated and the plugin does indeed have a learning curve. All in all no major issues with compatibility. Pricewise, they are definitely on the high-end for similar plugins. They should offer more incentive discounts, especially for client loyalty.
