I can't thank Sam from MemberPress enough for the support they have provided me. I'm not a very tech savvy person so have had to reach out quite often to the team with silly questions which they have always been patient with me and helped me out, even to the point of jumping into the website and fixing issues that arise. It's truely makes a massive difference knowing that I can try new things to my business and website and that the support is there.

I run MemberPress on two sites (one for membership access, one using the LMS), so I rely on solid support when things get complicated. Sam has helped me through multiple issues recently and every interaction has been a pleasure. He explains systems clearly, writes custom code snippets when built-in features don't quite cover what I need, and does it all with genuine friendliness and patience.

This is the kind of support that turns a good product into a great experience. Highly recommend.

After working with websites and online systems for many years, it is rare to come across a WordPress plugin that genuinely holds up as a business tool. MemberPress does.

What stands out is how much it replaces. Instead of trying to connect multiple plugins for payments, memberships, courses, and access control, this brings it all into one system that actually works together. That alone removes a lot of complexity and potential points of failure.

From a consulting perspective, it gives me something I can confidently recommend to clients who want recurring revenue models. Memberships, gated content, online courses, and even community-style setups can all be structured in a way that makes commercial sense, not just technical sense.

The flexibility is strong. Pricing models, access rules, and content delivery can be tailored to suit different business models, which is where many other tools fall short.

There is a learning curve, particularly for those new to WordPress or membership platforms. That feels more like a reflection of capability than a flaw. Once the logic clicks, it becomes a very powerful system.

Support has been consistent and helpful, which matters when working on client projects.

Overall, this is one of the few plugins that earns its place as part of a serious business setup rather than a quick add-on.

Great tool to turn WordPress into your member management system. We use it in combination with Gravity Forms (gravitypress to connect). Use it for two membership associations. One company based and one professional.

With a recent issue I was facing, Omar went the extra mile to find a solution and resolve the problem. MemberPress has great features, but it's the consistently strong support that means it is my top recommendation to clients for membership or content subscription projects.

Upgrades and Expansion:
The Team at MemberPress continually expands the features and benefits of the software, which provides more convenience for you and more value to your clients. The recent addition of ClubSuite is a great example. Now you can create your own communities within the app...just another valued feature that translates into keeping your members engaged. Further, the “MemberPress Courses" module has been especially valuable for my business. The module is easy to set-up, and the presentation for your clients is so professional! There is no need for any other LMS plugin…MemberPress provides every feature you will need in “Courses”.

Payments and Reporting:
Setting up your recurring payments (or one-time sales) is quite simple, and the integration with Stripe or PayPal provides your clients with safe, secure options they can trust. MemberPress also provides you with a complete set of reports, so you can conveniently track, sort and manage your sales and revenues.

Finally, the service and support from the MemberPress team as been terrific. When I have a question or need to solve an issue (very uncommon), the response is always very timely and thorough.

If you are looking for a plugin to start or expand your online business, I highly recommend the MemberPress product and it’s full suite of built-in features. You will be up and running in little time, and your clients will benefit from the professional features of MemberPress!

Working with customer support in MemberPress, and Omar in particular, has been shockingly great. No quick, confusing answers that leave you with more questions — long, detailed explanations that completely clarify the situation. And when I had an unusual situation, they developed a plug-in for me to cover it! Absolutely outstanding!

I have been using Memberpress currently on 4 different client sites for over 6 years total. Their system is simple to use and support our user bases with, and their support team is quick and goes indepth quickly to help get to the bottom of any potential platform issues to keep things running smoothly. I have had particularly great experiences with support from both Sam and Sinisa who have helped me out on numerous occasions over the years. They are one of the best support teams I have ever encountered.

MemberPress is a reliable plugin that has made our efforts to create memberships effortless

for me as a beginner it felt like a big challenge to set up a members area for my recently created web site, fortunately, i was not that complicated, i really appreciate simply solutions

I have tried. couple of different platforms, Memberpress meets my needs, offers learning opportunities and doesn't break the bank. I have stopped looking fir another and now use this exclusively.

A quick and easy way to introduce paywalls to a Wordpress site. No hassle, just 'plug and play'  – the detailed instructions make it easy to set up and implement, and the regular emails with tips and hints are of huge benefit. Good value too!

We started our coaching/training membership site on Memberpress on a recommendation from our web developer. Then we switched away to a different system for the membership portion of our site only to find that Memberpress is the best option! We didn't know what we were missing until we left and came back.

I have been using MemberPress for 6 years now and it has been awesome! Just recently I installed an add-on and encounted a small issue. I contacted support and they found & fixed the issue for me. The issue was actually my error with some CSS code I got wrong. I would fully recommend MemberPress software & their Support team. Cheers... Mark

So far so good. Easy integration into wordpress website, cost effective solutions, good support.

The integrated system is phenomenal. But in this age of talking to bots on the phone, having to deal with online products who’s complexity is a derivative of outdated technology leading to searching for answers for hours, this experience with Memberpress is the total opposite. Their support team is available. Their tutorials are easily accessible, and there are two online question and answer meetings monthly where every question is addressed clearly and it is just great info for everyone on the call! I’m very excited about their newest function, the ability to create an app for your membership!
