it is so powerful that helps me to build a non-profit website by volunteering. Also its Course add-on helped me futher. I would recommend it to others.

Your support staff is awesome. They've helped me through a bunch of issues. Every support person has been responsive and professional. Rarely do I see this quality of support.

It would be handy if I could have access to your ticketing system so that individual issues could be tracked more easily. When dealing with more than one issue at a time, it's more difficult to keep which issue is which when communicating only with email.

I have requested a reset-password MemberPress block which would complete the customization package of blocks that MemberPress provides. I hope to see that in the future.

Overall, the product is working very well. The documentation and the videos are extremely helpful, especially for a newbie to WordPress like myself. I'm very pleased with my MemberPress experiences.

I've used Memberpress since 2019 and with its new features has taken my online membership services to the next level. It has also refined my need for multiple programs and subscriptions to having just one.
Easy to use program and great customer support.

I've been using Memberpress for a couple of years. It was relatively easy to set up and can be customized almost any way you require (though I have needed some tech support with more detailed customizations). Support is helpful and apart from some significant issues porting members from an old website to a new one, they have always been able to help me fix problems quickly.

Simple easy software to use, with good support available when required.

We've been using MemberPress for years and have found it to be the right solution for our association. It integrates smoothly with our payment systems and email marketing tools, and makes it easy to lock down content for different membership levels. Overall, its been a very useful and reliable platform.

We kinda needed solution for members only press without custom coding. This plugin does everything we were looking for (and more).

Great All Around Experience. The setup was easy and when I did have questions, I got answers. The support is great they provide you a step by step which makes it so easy to accomplish what you are trying to do. Great Job!!
