I recently signed up for MemberPress and since I’m my own tech team, of course I didn’t get everything set up correctly. The MemberPress tech support has been fast and very helpful. I submitted a ticket late last night, and Omar got me back up and running first thing this morning. Well done, Omar!

Memberpress is a very strong and flexible plugin for handling memberships. Their support is especially great, and they work fast and they have almost always been able to come up with a good or at least satisfactory solution to the problems on our site.

This product is everything they say it is and has been reliably delivering their services over the 5 years that I have used it. Whether its a membership program or a training program you want to rollout - this plugin in the most comprehensive I have found. Highly recommend!

I love the fact that MemberPress is always evolving, and their customer service is also keeping up with the changes and improvements. It's easy to use even if you have no coding background, like me.

Anyone who says that MemberPress isn't clear about their offers and pricing levels simply isn't paying attention.

I've just enjoyed the BEST OF ALL TIME customer service experience with Jennifer (who deserves a big raise).

Because of major life events, I could not react to a meaningful upgrade opportunity in thw window provided. So...she just made it happen. Patiently, professionally, and compassionately.

MemberPress is very good. Their people are even better.

There was good coordination between the sales and technical team to determine my requirement and ensure that the desired outcomes were achieved. Once the project began, the communication was clear. The project was completed to expectations and within the agreed upon timeframe. Desmond was great to work with.

Their app is solid and does what it says but the main issue is that Memberpress are dishonest about their renewal fees and do not send reminders alerting you to their increase in prices.
The renewal fee is double the annual price and their website does not convey this message. I decided not to renew with them due to this dishonesty and lack of transparency

I purchased the upgrade, and the system charged me the full amount and not the discounted amount. They were able to help with the discount and provide a refund. They were very helpful and extremely professional throughout the interaction. Thank you again for your help.

I like how easy to use the plugin is. It has worked great for my business for over 2 years now.

Jen (Jennifer) of Customer Service literally (even if digitally) held my hand for months during the building of my website. She was beyond kind, friendly, warm and caring, always sent me instant replies that were meticulously researched, and all in easy-to-understand layman's language -as she quickly understood that I have zero technical knowledge.
After my website went LIVE, and users started to report a couple of technical issues and problems, Sam of the Technical Support & Development team stepped up to the plate and went way beyond the call of duty in order to solve them for me.
I am immensely grateful to them both, and would highly recommend MemberPress to anyone needing this type of plug-in.

I had some issues initially building out and managing subscriptions via PayPal, and the support team stuck right there with me over the course of a month, working out all the details. Extraordinary support.

I'm a new user to MemberPress and one of the things I'm most impressed with starting off is their "Live Huddles" which provides and opportunity for you to connect live with folks on the MemberPress team to address any questions you may have.

Memberpress is an easy to use plugin to quickly set-up memberships, sell courses, online services and protect your content. I've been using it for years and so far so good.

We just started using them and so far has been easy to navigate. There are so many features we can utilize and implement later on as well.

I had a billing issue (due to an old account that I did not delete), and the MemberPress representative quickly responded and reversed the charge.

I bought MemberPress, and although it's a very powerful plugin, it wasn't what I needed. Ten days later, I contacted them and received help from Jennifer. She gave me information about the plugins I really needed and refunded my money without further questions. Everything was extremely fast and with exquisite efficiency and kindness.
