Good membership plugin I use for my business on Wordpress. I like that they have a biweekly huddle to ask random questions. Lots of integrations and add-ons, good ecosystem of developers.

Love using this plugin. There is a lot of documentation available anytime I have some questions.

Support from MemberPress is always professional. Jennifer (Customer Success) went above and beyond my expectations. She was able to resolve a billing issue that required some research with little to go on to my great satisfaction. She responded to email promptly and made sure to keep me informed. Give her a raise!

Very responsive staff and willing to take the extra steps needed to get a problem resolved. Excellent product knowledge. I highly recommend their MemberPress platform and their support team. It's a winning combination that is very challenging to find, especially with the larger companies. This felt more like personalized support.

This application has allowed us to create a very comprehensive and expensive learning platform for professionals looking to extend their career skills in Physical Therapy. Upon renewing, I had a bit of trouble, but was delightfully surprised by how quick and effective my Customer Service experience with Jennifer was. Overall, I just keep finding new reasons to love doing business with this company!

MemberPress is hands down one of the best membership plugins I’ve used. It’s intuitive to set up, extremely flexible, and scales well whether you’re running a simple paywall or a full-featured membership site with courses and subscriptions. The integration options, access rules, and reliability make it a no-brainer for recurring revenue businesses. Solid product, solid support, and continuously improving. Highly recommend.

Over that time, I've seen the capabilities offered grow to the point that I can now consolidate on this tool for my memberships, content protection/downloads, community, directory, and learning capabilities. This has allowed me to reduce the number of applications from 4 to 1, improving the site experience, performance, and security.

It's important to note that over this time, the support has been top-notch. What has always been a responsive and knowledgeable support team is even moreso seven years later.

I was an early adopter of MemberPress for a subscription site that has been running smoothly for nearly a decade.
The thing that stands MemberPress apart from ALL other Wordpress plugins that I have ever worked with is their support. I rarely have to contact them as the software just works, but on the small number of occasions that I have had to, they are exceptional. Prompt, curteous, knowledgeable and solution focused are just a few phrases that I would use. On a recent request, which was doubtfully even anything to do with MemberPress, they even worked out a code snippet for me to get around an issue.
If you are reading these reviews because you are considering MemberPress for your membership site; Stop Reading and go and buy it. You will not be disappointed.
