I employed a company locally who took over twelve months to decide they couldn't do the job. With the DFY team, the quick recognition of the type of membership I wanted to achieve, and their quick response to the alterations and additions meant that I had a working subscription website up and running within three months.

Memberpress kept all the promises from their website: I started my business and everything works really good. They have a lot of information on their website (always helpful), good videos on YT and a really wonderful support. They don't give up until your problem is solved.

I've been using MemberPress for a couple of years now for one of my customers. It is a very flexible and powerful tool which integrates beautifully with a lot of other plugins and my customer is very happy with it. What really sets it apart for me though is the support. It is a complex plugin and I don't have time to become a MemberPress expert, so occasionally I bump into a problem I can't figure out. One email to MemberPress support and within hours a support admin has connected, found the problem, fixed it AND explained the root cause (usually another plugin). That saves me SO much time and helps me avoid future issues. If you are using WordPress for any kind of membership site I highly recommend it.

The customer support team is very fast in responding. They are also very helpful and was able to help us solve urgent issues in no time. Thank you to Sinisa who helped us solving the issue so promptly!

I've been using Memberpress for 9 years to mange my subscription website. It's an excellent plugin for handling all aspects of a subscription business and they continue to make improvements. Support is prompt and friendly. Highly recommend!

ich finde es extrem schwierig das Plug in zu installieren in Wordpress. Wir haben es leider inkl. weiteren Plugins nicht geschafft, es sauber zum laufen zu bringen.
Wir wollten dann nach 24 Tagen vom Verkauf zurück treten, Sie haben es abgelehnt mit der Begründung max. 14 tage nach dem Kauf - Normalerweise sind es 30 Tage.
Deshalb die gerechte aber schlechte Bewertung!

I started using MemberPress at the beginning of 2025, and have been surprisingly pleased. It's not that I had heard anything bad, but rather that I've gotten used to products not being what they promised to be, companies not supporting them, etc.

MemberPress has stood out against all my negative expectations. It has done just what it said and saved me months of development time (and given me a website that is far better than my own coding could have achieved), and their support has been fantastic. They have actual people ready to help when something didn't do what I expected.

A big thanks to MemberPress!

They went above and beyond to help. Had a strange issue (four products were being pushed to Stripe as one product) that they fixed. Appreciate them taking the time.

J'utilise Memberpress depuis plus d'un an pour gérer toute la partie Premium de mon site Wordpress. Les plugins de la suite Memberpress fonctionnent très bien même si l'UX laisse parfois à désirer.
Mais ce que je préfère c'est leur support. Ils répondent vite et on sent qu'ils connaissent le produit ET tout l'écosystéme Wordpress. Même les questions techniques trouvent des réponses. Et quand ils vous disent qu'ils vont voir avec l'équipe technique pour vous répondre, vous avez vraiment une réponse derrière. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

My online membership has been running for over 2 years on Wordpress, with MemberPress handling a key function: the subscriptions, and associated content access.
It functions well and - more importantly - their support is amongst the best I've experienced in any Wordpress plugin. They are responsive and try their best to resolve your issue.
What triggered me to write this review is the recent exchange I've had with Sinisa from their support team. She understood how the standard functionality didn't meet my needs (specific timezones involved) and worked with a developer colleague to create a short code snippet for me to use, which resolved the problem.
It's not the first time that I receive top quality support from them and I want to commend them for that.
Thanks Memberpress, and please don't replace your support staff by AI chatbots. Chatbots are useful and have answered a few simple questions of mine, but for complex scenarios we truly need a human behind.

Sinisa was amazing. In fact, Memberpress as a whole have been fantastic. Any issues, and there are very few, are resolved promptly.

Sto utilizzando MemberPress da quasi un anno e solo recentemente ho pubblicato il mio sito WordPress che ho strutturato per accogliere una piattaforma di corsi online e membership basata su Memberpress. La mia scelta si è fondata principalmente su 3 aspetti:

1) il fatto di coniugare funzionalità di membership alla gestione di una piattaforma online
2) Avere uno strumento traversabile e fortemente integrabile
3) Avere un fornitore affidabile e ben quotato

Memberpress ha soddisfatto a pieno questi 3 requisiti, il prodotto faceva proprio al caso mio, sull'effettiva resa a lungo termine devo ancora pronunciarmi perchè il sito è stato pubblicato da poco ma sul resto posso esprimermi. Memberpress è davvero uno strumento eccellente per chi vuole una solida base per creare un business altamente scalabile e remunerativo. Forse un po acerbo su alcune funzionalità e dettagli che potrebbero migliorare e che nel corso dello sviluppo del sito ho riscontrato e segnalato all'assistenza, e qui arriviamo ad un'altro aspetto che ho apprezzato molto: un'assistenza veramente molto attenta, competente e particolarmente rapida nel gestire qualsiasi richiesta di supporto, davvero impagabile.

La quinta stellina me la riservo in base agli aggiornamenti e allo sviluppo che avrà MemberPress nel corso dei prossimi mesi.

Nel frattempo che dire, complimenti a MemberPress e a tutto il suo Staff e buon lavoro!

We were looking at a variety of different plugins and solutions for a new small business, and some of the flows and functionality we wanted were pretty specialized. We're also not website design experts, so I had a lot of questions about whether Memberpress was the right solution.

Before we spent a dime, Jennifer from the outreach team was incredibly helpful; she presented multiple solutions to every potential concern I brought up, and was super willing to help us work within our budget to get to the best possible solution. I'm pleased to say that we purchased a Memberpress subscription based on that experience, and it's doing everything we wanted it to do! I would totally recommend them as a membership platform.

We've been using MemberPress with the Courses, Quizzes, and Gradebook add-ons to run a participant portal on our website for a government-funded research study. I had minimal experience with web development/design going into this, but the plugin is surprisingly easy to use. The page templates for things like membership selection, lesson layouts, etc. are attractive and clean -- easy to launch a membership-based site without having to do a ton of work on the visuals. I can definitely see why this would be a go-to plugin for online learning courses.

My main "complaint" comes from the fact that I'm using the plugin for a less conventional use case -- I wish the plugin had more native UI customization-. For example, we wanted to remove academic terms like "course", "curriculum", etc. from the UI so it's clear to our study participants that they're not taking a class. I had to use another plugin to accomplish that (Loco Translate, in case you're curious) because there isn't an option within MP Courses to globally rename those elements or adjust those portions of the UI. Another example, our admins need to be able to see the "grades" for data collection, but we need to hide those grades from participants so it doesn't skew the study results. I had to use custom CSS to solve that problem since there's no option to hide grades from students in all locations -- all you can really do natively is disable immediate feedback.

The other downside from my experience so far is the reporting element. The Gradebook feature unlocks a TON of data tables that should theoretically make it easy to collect all the info you could possibly need from/about your users. It also creates a page in the WP back end where you can look at a summary of users' scores for each course and track their progress. I was under the impression that we would be able to export that summary table using the WP back end, but that actually isn't possible. We had to use a custom code solution to create a custom exporter that downloads our data to a CSV file.

All that said, I can't end this review without a shout out to the CUSTOMER SUCCESS TEAM. They've been super prompt and helpful whenever I've needed help. In particular, Anas was an incredible resource for my report export issue. They not only suggested the custom code solution, they sent me the exact code snippet and instructions I could use to export our data. When I asked about putting the report in a different format, they actually consulted with another team member so they could send me an updated code snippet. I have worked in tech support, so I know it can be a big stressor to go that extra mile for just one customer with a super specific need. I can't describe how much I appreciated that extra help -- it really made my job so much easier, and it's an easy solution to build on as we have other reporting needs.
