My daughter-in-law gave me this subscription last summer and at first I had to think hard about what all I should write. As time went on, I began to remember many episodes in my life that I wanted my children and grandchildren to know. I’ve found the format easy to work with and it’s enabled me to recollect many times in my life that I probably would have never remembered. I felt saddened that I could not ask my deceased parents things in their lives that I wanted to know, and I thought my own children and grandchildren would find it fun to read over time. It was easy to add pictures out of my childhood that they could easily read about. I enjoyed reminiscing events and thinking about the many good times I had with family. I'm happy that Memorygram made it easy for me to leave these stories for my children and grandchildren

My daughter bought me a pet medallion for my birthday for my dog that passed. It was an amazing gift and wonderful to be able to save all his memories to this. It’s also beautiful just to have in my house. Great product!!!! Great customer service!

I had some trouble initially trying to sign into my Memory Book. This was due to my total user error and it had nothing to do with the application. I reached out to Customer Service via a phone call and also via email. I was absolutely delighted at how prompt they were in responding and rectifying my issues and they helped me walk through the process step-by-step. I wish all customer service locations were as responsive, professional and diligent as this one was. They were absolutely stellar!

This company is has amazing customer service! I had many questions, and they were quick to respond and so helpful. I cant wait to finish the book, as I know it will be a beautiful legacy for our family! I 100% recommend this comany over all the others based on what I have experienced!

The quality of the finished book is nice. The freedom to choose text and cover colors is a good option.

We had great customer service trying to finish our book. We got several extensions to edit stories and put in our pictures. Quick email responses helped us continue the process when we had some editing problems. We had to keep shifting from the edit mode to the printed page mode and that seemed time consuming. We absolutely loved the book and appreciate the help when needed. Thank you.

I was so excited to get the opportunity to create my very own book filled with my favorite memories. I received this gift from our daughters. I honored my husband, daughters, grandchildren, parents, siblings and friends with stories and pictures of my life’s memories. I absolutely love how it turned out! The hard-copy book is professionally assembled with clear pictures that I chose. The pages are a wonderful grade that won’t tear easily. I cannot put into words the joy this has given me. It’s a keepsake that I will treasure forever. ❤️

In the beginning since I am not too keen on technolog but it became easier as I continue on. The spell check help.
Photos I struggle but my husband assisted me.
The end result was great, and my children and grandchildren have a much better understanding of my life. They all are reading and enjoying the stories and pics.

I'm almost halfway through the year managing a shared MemoryGram book for my parents. I paid to have two storytellers and the questions have been getting delivered inconsistently at best. One week my Mom will receive a question and respond, the next my Dad. Sometimes they will have to share a response as only one will get the question, other times neither of them get the question. Their settings are set up correctly - confirmed by customer service, also awful - but the platform does not work. Customer Service is impossible to get ahold of and unhelpful when you do. Would not recommend in the slightest and will not use again. Actively seeking a refund.

Never received it

The captions for the photos should always be on the same page. I have many that the photo is on one page and the caption is on the following page.

Also your update was a difficult transition.

They have been very responsive with email communication and helped answer all my questions. My parents have really enjoyed writing their stories and we can't wait to see the books!

I had plenty of help offered to me whilst I created my book. There was always someone on the other side who was available and answered promptly. They were able to offer advice to fix some of the problems that I had and allowed me extra time to complete my story. Thank you !

This was the best experience ever. The editor was very easy to use for my mom and also it allowed us to add a bunch of other people to contribute to the story turning it into a family project. Everyone could add voice recordings which are accessible from the book. We had some issues with longer recordings but we were able to add multiple recordings to the same chapter.

Very easy to navigate system, and the questions are excellent! Customer service is responsive and helpful as well.
