The whole experience was seamless. From writing the book, importing pictures and ordering it!! The quality of the paper they use is terrific and all of my pictures look identical to what I was viewing on my computer. Also, from ordering to receiving my books only took 5 days. My delivery actually came early ( not like Amazon)!!!

When my father died, there was a lot of things that I wish I had said to him and a lot of questions. I'd wished I'd ask him and so I thought we wouldn't make the same mistake with my mother so we got her Memorygram to tell her story and it turned out better than we could possibly imagine.

Memorygram has set up a wonderful way to get your personal or family history written. They provide scores of thought-provoking questions to prime the pump. But we also made up our own questions and titles of chapters, so we could personalize it any way we wanted to. You can also include pictures and even recorded statements. Then they go all out to deliver a professional, polished finished copy. We have wanted to write our history for years, but when our kids gave us this as a present for Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, it really helped us have some structure to get started! We worked on it the rest of 2025 and into 2026. Thank you Memorygram!! Highly recommended! They are really good to work with.

We decided to gift this for my Dad's 70th birthday! He is the man who has everything and we wanted to be able to gift him a keepsake. Memorygram was really use to use and they gave great suggestions and guidance on what questions to ask. You do need to make sure you keep up with the schedule though, as I wasn't noticed when I needed to add more questions to the schedule. Overall, they were great to work with and I'm looking forward to seeing the end product!

I've had a chance to read my memorygram book and I'm thrilled with the finished product! All my stories printed so beautifully. I'm very pleased with my whole memorygram experience. Someone at hellomemorygram (customer service) was always available to help when I had questions or concerns. I highly recommend using memorygram to record your personal or family history. It is truly a fun, happy experience.

Great Customer Service! I requested quick shipping for an upcoming memorial service. Customer service responded quickly and sent a very sweet email following up.

I did not understand some parts of memorygram so I contacted support. They replied back with quickly with answers that explained what I needed to do. There was a new format rolled out but I want able to find my entries already made. They changed it to the previous format fit me. They are easy to work with.

Amazing experience, couldn’t be happier!

Memorygram was a gift I gave to my mom for Mother's Day one year but it ended up being a gift back to me. It gave us an a opportunity to talk about her stories, space for her to share her memories, and now it will be a book my family treasures for years to come.
The book turned out great, and I loved how customizable it was choosing the question prompts we wanted and uploading pictures to go with each story. It turned out better than I expected!
The online platform wasn't always intuitive for my mom, but as the account holder I could log in and make changes and help her troubleshoot problems. And memorygram support or FAQ were helpful when needed.
I would highly recommend this site and am so glad I purchased this gift for my mom and our whole family, it was well worth the cost and effort.

I loved my experience using Memorygram to help document my Mom's story. It gave me options for using their suggested questions or developing my own, it was super easy to rearrange the order of the questions, and to add or remove questions. I think the feature I loved the most was the ability to record answers to the questions and then edit the transcription, if needed. I also loved the ability to add photos to the story and everything was included in one price. I can't wait to present the book to my Mom on Mother's Day. This was a great way to document her story, in her own words, while learning about her life.

Very satisfied. They are great to work with. My daughter got this for my 86 year old mother for Christmas. She enjoyed making the story. The books turned out great and the family loved them. Customer service would get a 10 if I could give it to them.

Our daughter gifted me an Memorygram for Christmas. I was excited to leave this gift to my posterity! I was about half-way finished when life gave me several family challenges! These challenges caused me not to be able to finish! I thought my book would go only half finished! My daughter called the staff at Memorygram and they were not just helpful but kind and understanding! They were quick to assist us with this problem, and I am going to be able to finish my book!! On the process of writing the book, I found it to be both easy and fun! The reflections on the stories brought me many hours of happiness, something that I might not have took the time to do, if it were not for writing the book! The format was easy to follow and I enjoyed being able to right and then stop for awhile to think about things. It allowed me to go back and add things to the story easily. I especially enjoyed the new voice regarding auto fill part of memorygram. I am helping my 92 year old mother with her book and it has been so much easier for her to just talk and record her stories.
