We needed a tool that would reduce the faff of timesheets and capture all the little time slices we were missing. Memtime has shown us it's worth in the first few weeks reducing the need for manual checking and updating. Installing it was simple, integrating the other apps we use was intuitive (Xero, Teams, Outlook etc), the knowledge base had useful content. There is still a bit of work to do for us to fine tune the projects and tasks but we are getting there. Because we have a lot of projects on the go at various stages of progress it's a lot of manual work to set things up. The link with Xero Projects works great, although the manual refresh is a bit of a faff to remember. We've also integrated our calendars and Teams so lots of positive progress. 

For me , an Architect , it is really a very straight forward experience - no hazzel. The app clocks every activity with av clear headline on the computer so you can easliy categorize and summarize by the chosen time frame and add you prefs and details afterward. I got going immideatly and after a week or so got very good personal and proacticve contact with the support. Recommend it!

Memtime is an incredible tool to help you capture all those "in-between" minutes spent on client accounts, which often get lost when manually switching on timers for projects.
On average, I have captured around 2 additional hours spent on client projects, which would usually never get charged. With the upcoming update offering individual reporting on projects, it is just super! Dariya has been a pleasure to deal with and has answered all my questions. Keep up the great work, Memtime team!

I saw Memtime on insta, gave the free trial a go and was so impressed I subscribed. For context I am an architect, I am a sole trader but I am also a wife, mum of two and daughter. I chose to quit my 9-5 because I wanted to spend more time with my family and work around all their commitments therefore time tracking was impossible. This tool not only tracks my time but it keeps me accountable. I have already recommended it to other multi tasking designers.

I love that it is simple to set up and use, with a low memory and processing footprint, making it easy to leave running in the background. The setup was a breeze, and I appreciate that the data stays on the device rather than being published to any cloud servers. The interface is intuitive and makes the experience smooth.

The support technician Carlota was excellent. She took me through diagnostic steps t correct the mistake I clearly made when trying to transfer data. Got it all finished with about 30 minutes.

Memtime has been an excellent addition to my practice. I use Xero Practice Manager and was looking for something that could track my work automatically without changing the way I operate. Memtime does exactly that. It captures my activity across apps, email and documents and gives me a complete picture of my day so I can log time properly.

The accuracy has helped me bill more confidently and understand which clients take more time than their scope covers. It has also reduced the stress of trying to remember what I worked on and when.

Support has been responsive and the onboarding was smooth. For anyone in accounting or professional services who wants passive, reliable time tracking, Memtime is a great choice.

Ik gebruik Memtime om automatisch mijn werk te tracken, waardoor ik minder afgeleid raak tussen projecten. De automatische tracking en eenvoudige interface maken Memtime efficiënt en makkelijk te gebruiken. Ik waardeer verbeteringen zoals het aanmaken van projecten tijdens de tijdtoewijzing. Ik zou Memtime zeker aan anderen aanbevelen, omdat de installatie zeer eenvoudig was.

Ik hou van de automatische track-functie van Memtime en de simpele interface. Normaliter trackte ik met een timer, maar ik vergat vaak de tijd aan en uit te zetten. Met Memtime kan ik ongewenste momenten filteren en precies en zuiver aantonen hoeveel tijd ik ergens mee kwijt ben. Het programma werkt intuïtief en simpel, dit maakt het efficiënt te gebruiken en de leercurve is laag. Daarnaast vond ik de initiële installatie van Memtime zeer eenvoudig.

Ik zou graag projecten kunnen aanmaken tijdens het toewijzen van tijd, en niet voorafgaand.

I was getting a little frustrated with myself, not quite "getting" a couple of the features of Memtime. Booking my help session with Carlota was worth every minute. Carlota worked her way through the whole process and explained my questions perfectly and clearly. She was extremely helpful and patient. I can't be more grateful. Memtime has been a game-changer in terms of tracking my time. I frequently deal with interruptions throughout my day, so its memory aid function has helped me recover so many billable hours that would've otherwise been lost — forgotten by the end of the day when it's time to complete timesheets. Their support staff is great — when I had an issue with a particular integration, they met with me to understand the issue and launched an update that resolved the problem quickly and effectively.

I am loving Memtime. It makes timesheets a breeze and it's such a great aid to productivity by seeing where my time goes.
