I began using Mercato to deliver food from the Produce Station shortly after activities became limited because of the pandemic. Each delivery, and there've been many, were right on schedule with care for how the packages are handled as well as awareness for health safety.

It’s great to be able to order contactless pickup from Green Zebra Kenton. The website is quick and easy to use, and orders have all been accurate and on time.

I can’t say anything but great service with respect to:
1) ease of ordering
2) Great shopper(s) as produce was picked better than I can do in person
3) Delivery was on time
4) Items were packed appropriately to ensure no bruising of vegetables.
5) Saves me the time of driving and shopping.

I have a toddler that still likes to put everything in her mouth, not good considering how things are! It was such a stress free way to shop! The store called me to ask about some brand substitutions and to double check if I wanted 1 banana or a bunch of bananas. It was ready for pick up when I got to the store, they brought it right to my van.

During this crazy time, this is an easy and convenient way to place grocery orders to minimize exposure to covid especially for those who may have compromised immune systems or fearful/anxious. Even though I did not have my order delivered, I was in and out of the store within minutes. Thank you.

One of the reasons that I decided to use Mercato was because of its excellent reviews; however, I must confess that my first time, and perhaps last time using them was not a pleasant one. First of all, my delivery was scheduled between 9-10a.m. and it did not arrive to my house until 11:30 a.m. - so obviously my daily schedule had to be arranged. Also, I was charged for several items that I never received.

Placed my order and it was ready next day for pick up. Quality meats and no hassle pick up!

I've used Mercato a couple of times and it is a great experience. Mercato is a simple to use site with a great layout, and excellent options to support local shops. Communication with the markets/shops has gone well and in case there is need for substation (which hasn't happened yet) you can put in some notes.

I've used Mercato a couple of times and it continues to be a much better experience than with other big box retail shopping/delivery services. Mercato has a great selection of local shops with fresh food options. I've been able to add specific notes on items in my list and the shopper has always paid attention to get me exactly what I was looking for. Especially during this challenging and uncertain time for small businesses I feel really good about supporting my community and still getting exactly what I need to keep sane at home.

I ordered birthday cakes through mercato and the whole process went super smooth. I was very impressed and actually thought it was more user friendly than the usual apps that you would use delivery for. I will definitely use again.

I usually order a couple of times a month and love the variety of places to shop. Especially love the Chinatown grocers available.

Mercato has been a great option during the pandemic to keep purchasing from our favorite small businesses. Great selection and customer service. In the very rare times something was wrong with our order, it was quickly corrected.

I find the app easy to navigate and the customer service team is always quick to respond and very helpful.

Mercato is a great resource during COVID, and has many excellent food options through its service.
I don’t love the customer service though, I find it slow and many times not on point.
