I had a problem with my order, didn't get all of my items but was still charged- Mercato immediately responded to me & refunded the money for missing items

I needed some Italian specialties from Eataly for Christmas Eve and Day (Guanciale, Caviar, Marscapone and Gorgonzola) and Mercato delived them intact and very quickly. Excellent service!

I used Mercato to send a Christmas gift from a local market, and not only was the platform easy to use, the delivery was on-time and my Dad loved the food. Would recommend!

Great communication and customer service. I ordered from my favorite bread company Pain Davignon all the way downtown NY and though the delivery was a bit pricey in the end it was worth every penny. I check on my order via chat and had an immediate response and then the actual driver who was so nice called to give me the heads up on his arrival. Really cool! All was perfectly packed and yummie! Keep up the great work!

I am a trucker. I placed an order on Mercato for the first time and took advantage of a discount with my local small chain grocery store. It was awesome, and the store manager personally handled the order. We are very happy with this program.

Mercato was a great way for me to be able to browse the store I wanted to shop in without actually going to the store. I'm not about to be in a small store for any longer than needed these days. And, in the store I shopped, I wanted to browse. With Mercato, I got to do just that!

I paid online, so when picking up my order, I was able to walk in and walk out quickly. It was much appreciated.

The site is user friendly. Easy to use and figure out. Easy to find what I was looking for.

I’ve been using them for my curbside grocery pick up order for a few weeks now and I love it. Easy to buy online, affordable, and quick and easy to pick up curbside when you get there.

Great selection of local providers in my area. But what stands out the most for me is the excellent customer service both at Mercato and with the delivery folks.

Mercato is great. It gives you access to high quality premium products and restaurants that would otherwise be inaccessible for delivery.

Mercato provides an interesting choice of gourmet speciality shops that I normally would not have access to. (Thank you Amy's Bread for spectacular, fresh, high quality baked goods!) Scheduling quick deliveries was easy and the deliveries came on time, just as promised. I highly recommend Mercato for gourmet food deliveries.

I subscribed to the Mercato Green service when the Covid-19 pandemic first caused a shutdown in NYC. I haven't used it as much as I thought I would, so I should probably just pay for shipping rather than the free shipping that I am getting, but I don't regret it. I will probably break even on the shipping when all is said and done.

More important, the deliveries that I have received were right on time and of such great quality that I am now a big fan of this service. The breadth of specialty markets available is outstanding. I now have some of the best products from Japanese groceries to butcher shops, fish mongers and cheese shops right at my fingertips. That's pretty great.

I have had no issues so far and ordering was easy. I'd say give it a whirl!

I have used Mercato twice this week and I have to say first of all their delivery dates are so fast. I ordered products on a Tuesday and they were delivered the next day!! Amazing and they notified me throughout the whole process. I can't wait to use Mercato again!!!!
