always quick to respond and helpful. I started here after canceling Instacart/Amazon and I haven’t looked back. Looking forward to them getting more local shops.

I had a frustrating experience with another order service and found Mercato was providing an alternative pick up service at our small local supermarket. I was relieved when the sign up process, the order process, and the pick up process all were easy, user friendly, and have been, knock on wood, problem free. I think it's been a combination of both the ease of the online program and the excellent customer service provided by the market in conjunction. (Ray's Market in Veneta, OR) I'd offer criticisms but I'm happy to say I can't think of any. There were some expected bumps - out of stock on some items on my order or such, but a friendly phone call has always resolved the issues with alternative suggestions and selections.

This is the worst site ever. I tried to delete my credit card off this site for security reasons and instead of letting me they blocked me so i cant get my information of this site.
I reached out to them 3 times and still not fixed.

Ordering was easy and fast and I love that I was able to shop my local food coop safely and easily from home.
Delivery was on time and seamless.

I love this service - the variety of vendors is top notch. Through Mercato I’ve learned of local vendors in my surrounding neighborhoods that are phenomenal (butcher shops, bakery, fruit store, etc) but I hadn’t known of previously. And now I’ve been able to order from them throughout the pandemic. Thank you Mercato!

What a great opportunity! The service Mercato provides has been a help for me long before Covid. On one occasion recently, I emailed Mercato to address a small matter that if the store knew about it, could easily be fixed. The customer service agent was extremely kind, got right back to me, and with a second email let me know they would address my concern. I am even able to order a particular Oatley Oatmilk that is hard to find. If Mercato has customer service agents as caring and professional as the one who worked with me, they must be doing something very very right :-)

Love the ability to get delivery from my neighborhood grocery store and give them the business. I can buy their prepared foods, and portions are perfect.
It’s Easy to see the products on the app also. It is a great way for me to shop for myself and my elderly neighbor which is a big help and keeps us safe.

Some items were left out of my recent bakery order, but both the restaurant and Mercato promptly corrected the issue, all on-line. No call and wait times, etc. Recommended.

First time using it at Edwards Ham shoppe in Williamsburg Virginia! The lady who works at the store Terry couldn’t have been any nicer or efficient!!!!! Loved the store and Terry. Definitely the way to go!

Used it last week for the first time (for curbside) and just placed my next order. I love that I can add specific comments to each item (e.g., 3 bananas, slightly green). The staff at my local store (Atkins) did an outstanding job filling my order with top quality choices.

Mercato is so helpful and reliable and it's true. They are convenient and great for when you in need or a emergency.

Easy and convenient shopping pickup service especially if it comes a time when you need to just grab and go instead of walking the whole reading terminal market's with that crowd.

i was able to pick up my order from sahadis within minutes and everything i ordered was there. This is a great place to shop,the web site is easy to use and ordering is very convenient although i wish Sahadis was part of mercato local green

I have used Mercato with Windmill Farms, Vien Dong, and Shakespeare's Pub gift shop both curbside and delivery. All services have been good, and accordingly when I do delivery I tip 20%. Far superior to Shipt delivery services.

I've had a great experience with Mercato. There are lots of great vendors to choose from, and the customer service is excellent. On the occasion where there is an issue, it is resolved completely within an hour. They also follow up with you to make sure the issue was fixed.

So quick and convenient and best of all I got a discount off of a great product at a local place. I wish Mercato also serviced my families area so they could experience a great deal too!
