Customer Service workers are great

Customer Service workers are great. However, repeated interference issues. The credit process for down time was not the best. It also took nearly two months to determine the actual issue. Now that it is up and running, I still hear others in the house state it does not work for gaming 85% of the time. I have had these services for over a year now.

Service ok.

Likes. Service install was awesome. At first internet service was great. Than once more people get put on tower service tends to lack. For some reason the tower we are on gets it's signal from ft wayne Indiana. We are 2 hrs from there so everything on roku logs as ft wayne. Rain and snow mess up service and whatever the weather is in ft wayne too. Overall not bad for rural high speed internet. Not happy that I have to pay more just because I don't want autopay. I do think that is a crock to punish customers who've had you for over a year.

Amazing service

With other internet services their service was slow & unpredictable. Especially when we have a house full of grandchildren with phones, games, iPads, etc. We had 20 people last July & everyone had service including our son-in-law who works from home. I am amazed!! I would recommend Mercury to everyone I know!

The good The bad and The ugly

My neighbor across the road from me has the same tower and plan as I do, in fact I referred you to them.
There is a major contrast between my service and theirs. I have no issues with MW now days since they installed the new system. Before I had to reboot all the time and deal with random outages and failure's to log on. Now I never reboot and never have a outage and always have the speed that I pay for you would think I have fiber.

My neighbor is just the opposite,, from day one, unable to log on and always needing to boot and slow speed just constant problems. They had the so called tec's out and no help, one tec told them the system is crap LOL. They recently went to star link and could not be happier even it is more expensive.
