Bad quality, high prices. Ordered a set, zipper broke. Got another pair, also the same problem with the zipper.

Got the clothes, but when I wanted to return it, it wasnât possible⊠the return policy said I could return within 30 days. The return portal however didnât work. After a lot of trying it worked. I thaught I was scammed but it was okayâŠ
Iâm extremely disappointed with this purchase. The quality of the item is very poor and nothing like what is shown on the website or in the photos. It feels cheap and poorly made, which is completely misleading compared to how it was presented online.
On top of that, their return portal does not work at all, even though I was well within the return period. Iâve tried multiple times without success. There is also no way to get in touch with an actual person. The only option is an AI chatbot, which unfortunately cannot help with anything meaningful.
Overall, this experience feels like a scam. I would strongly advise others not to order from here.
I have been extremely disappointed with my experience with Meyme. I returned my order, and the package was delivered to their facilities on February 14, yet I have not received any refund to this day. Despite multiple followâups, I never received a clear response or any real assistance from their customer service.
What is most frustrating is the complete lack of communication. For nearly two months, I have been left without updates, ignored, and made to feel as though my concerns simply do not matter. Not only have I wasted a significant amount of time, but I have also lost money, with no indication that the situation will be resolved.
Given this experience, I strongly advise others to avoid this brand. There are plenty of other Spanish labels out there just as beautiful, and with far more reliable and responsive customer service. After what Iâve been through, I cannot recommend Meyme at all.
Awful experience - don't use this company. They state a 2-4 day delivery but it took 19 days for my parcel to arrive and then when I wanted to return an item because it looked nothing like on the website, I learn that I have to cover the cost of this myself shipping from the UK to Spain which was extortionate. There was no guidance on this on the website so I had to get in touch to ask how to return the item. I organise the return and they do not accept it at their warehouse, or pick it up from the holding location it is sent, despite me giving them these details. All of my interactions with meyme have been so unhelpful - just repeating the address of their warehouse and that it is open all day. No apologies for a terrible customer experience all round and the fact that I have wasted my money on a lost item. I think they're a scammy company that says they have excellent Trustpilot reviews on their website to falsely lead people into trusting them but the reality is very different.
Meyme put a 2-4 day UPS delivery timeframe on their website when placing an order. I placed my order on 25th February and it has still yet to arrive (9th March). Every time I tried to contact them, I receive either no response, or an unhelpful one. I will be returning my order once it (eventually !!) arrives. I would not recommend anyone place an order through them.
The quality of the item I bought is really low- for the price tag I would expect better! I didnât check the material composition before I purchased but I wish I had- a shame because the designs are nice.
I ordered with them, one top was missing. The rest of the clothes didnât fit. Made a return, it has been 3 months and still no sight or ANY response at all
