Ultimately the property was sold in a very good timeline so that was very pleasing. MGY took total responsibility for viewings and were easy to talk to and kept me updated on potential buyers etc. Just for future reference, it would be helpful if the agents shared notes when the main agent is on leave to ensure there is a consistency in communications to avoid duplication of ground already covered. Overall excellent service.

We have just completed a very difficult sale through a combination of bad actors and poor solicitors. Vicci however went above and beyond to get the sale finally over the line. Constantly chasing buyers and solicitors with a real urgency. A job very well done under very difficult circumstances. Vicci must have put more hours into this one than 10 usual sales.
