Sarah was fantastic help to us when starting the renting process with mgy. Very patient with us when there were things taking a long time and when we had a lot of questions.

The personal approach made this difficult process bearable. It is never easy to sell a property, especially with difficult buyers and solicitors, but Vicky kept us informed and stayed with us through the entire time.

Currently renting through MGY, really pleased with the way everything has been organised for us to move into our new home. MGY let our apartment for several years and were excellent throughout. We then asked them to sell our apartment; they secured a good price and also managed the sale through to completion with a very difficult to contact buyer’s solicitor and an overseas buyer. The sales progressions team were very professional and persevered to get the sale over the line. Very impressed.

MGY managed our rental property for several years and we were delighted with their service. All the tenants they found for us were careful and reliable.
The regulations for landlords in Wales are very complex and rigorous, but Sarah and the team kept up with all the requirements and informed us when checks were needed or maintenance required. Any work carried out by their recommended trades people was of a good standard and reasonably priced.
I would not hesitate to recommend them .

Very helpful from start to finish

Found my recent experience of renting with MGY very positive. The process of viewing to receiving the keys, has been very straightforward and I found Emma's communication both in person and over the phone/email; professional, kind and responsive. Would highly recommend their service to others.

Emma has dealt with the initial letting process on two occasions for me, both times she has been very professional and great in communications - which is such a big factor.
I have nothing but gratitude and trust for them, there were a reasonable amount of viewings and applications. They were all dealt with in a timely manner.
