SCAM!!! DON'T DO IT!!!
This program is an absolute scam. I come from over 20 years in IT, web, database development. I've used it for over 2 years because my lead company requires me to. This program was very poorly designed from the very beginning and is full of so many bugs and its only consistency is its inconsistency of functions throughout the program. It can NOT be customized to the user's desires as the forms and reports are not user friendly. The data you enter is not able to be used to filter the data you get out. There is NO development team as the customer support wants you to believe as they have never released fixes/updates for any of these obvious bugs. They are there to take your money, provide support to users to be able to use it as it is, and that's it. DO NOT DO IT.

Adds no value in relation to my HomeAdvisor account. They’re no longer associated w HomeAdvisor. I Called 4 times to cancel my account. Asked to speak w a supervisor and was told that was not possible. The process is ridiculous, still charging me.

Run Run far away! We where lied to about the avaiilbe function. We are a garage door company that has been in bussiness over 4 years we have never had a charge back, but with no notice chase wont accept our payments. Then Square our second option wont take aour payment becuase WE HAVE TO MANUALLY ENTER TO USE MHELPDESK! So we are not now on the 3 choice for cc processing and it is going to take a week to deposit funds. This after we paid over 2K for the best package.. The CRM itself is junk......... Like I said Run Run Far away

This is what you get when dealing with millennials!
Our program has never worked right and I have wasted countless hours on the phone with them. It's super slow, even the guy who tried to help me from their service dept said it was slow! He was supposed to get back to me never did. It freezes up constantly. It doesn't save information even after I save it and wait and save it and wait. It shows the green save bar, I close it then the information is gone!
My favorite is when I close it and it doesn't close, over and over.
totally unpredictable and you can't trust it!!
If it was as fasts me I could get so much more done instead of constantly re-doing my work to get it in there.
I wish my boss would dump it. I have been using this program since Jan 2019.

What they promise over a phone conversation is not what they can provide. We are a Large Commercial service company since 1997. We have been looking for a system to help us keep up on invoicing and hold customer history. Also to use as a key Reporting Tool to see how each Tech is doing. This was all a promise of YES we can do all of that for you. Just to find out that it wasn't .... Long story short they collected 3,499.00 and took two months of payments of $799 each month. No service was provided and I had to cancel after the second phone conversation to find out that they can not help us or give us what they initially promised.
They are refusing to refund me in full and only offered to pay back $1,598.00, because they said that it is in their section 19 user agreement that was never sent or discussed. This is outrageous and I have contacted our Attorney. I feel like we have been robbed of over $5K. I even asked before they took my money if it didn't work and we did not start the 60 day transfer of data if I could get refunded!
Not a good Company to get involved with if you are looking for answers - Please ask them to provide it in writing and try it out before paying.
Super Frustrating and I am a very angry Customer who got scammed.

Software Sounds good until you realize they do not synchronize with QB. They send me a video that explains a tool; however, does not fully explain (so I have to do extra steps compared to other programs that synch automatically with QB).
I go to cancel their system; they tell me a rep. will respond to me within 2 days. I call in two days and get transferred to an automated hold-que for over 10 minutes. It gives me an option to leave a VM when pressing #2 - this promptly States "Press 3 to save and send your VM. What Voice Mail? REALLY??!!
I now have a message into our bank to cancel this subscription!

The people at mHelpdesk over promise and the software under delivers. Support is bit of a joke as they will do more to get you to go away than they will to fix the issue. For the price its not worth it. Save time and money by going to something else.

We have been using this crm for almost a year now and it just has way too many issues that instead of helping us run a better business is creating problems for us. The schedule is impossible to read and see when some one is available maybe is we have too many employees idk. When you schedule an all day job with their "all day" job feature it gives them 12am to 12pm times instead of our hours of operation which are marked on the settings. It makes absolutely no sense. And I've contacted them about it so is not like I don't know ho to use it. They have a cool feature to take a deposit from clients but when you transfer everything to quickbooks it splits the checks in 2 and I now have a huge mess in my quickbooks that makes me cringe as I write about it. There is no way to follow up on estimates, no follow up system, no way to schedule follow ups or keep up with when to call them back. And the last thing the don't have a way to select what an individual employee sees, they either see everything or nothing. The staff is no problem, the problem is managers. I want them to see only what is assigned to them not our entire data. This are not small issues, this makes everything harder. I've contacted them about this issues several times. And all they do is tell me to send an email with my feedback. And that is why I am only giving this a 1 star rating.

mHelpDesk has really made keeping track of jobs and assign jobs to maintenance technicians an easy process. No more paper unless someone requests it. They customized my form and make changes for me with the click of a button. Sorting thru jobs to look for recurring calls and track problems is easy too.

We just purchased mhelpdesk.com account for our business and we have been blown away by the amazing customer service!! Especially thankful for Tiffany, Niahmu, and Rania for going above and beyond answering several questions, being patient and so helpful! Love this experience so far.
good company with some glitches in their platform
I have been using mhelpdesk for almost 2 years, i think. I have to say that the potential of this platform almost seems limitless. It is so customizable. Also the chat feature is amazing. You can literally chat in from your login and talk to someone who can help you pretty quickly.
However, over the time I have used them there have a lot of glitches. My technicians in the field often have trouble with the app going offline and loading the appointments I schedule for them properly. We also have had a lot of glitches with recurring jobs and recurring invoices. The most frustrating thing about these glitches is they never really solve the problem they just end up giving you a work around that bypasses the glitch. For example we use recurring invoices, saves hours of time. All of a sudden one day we wouldn't be able to open the new generated invoice to send it to the customer. This happened on almost 2 dozen accounts at the same time. Their solution was to go back to the original invoice, delete it and setup a new recurring invoice for the customer. That doesn't fix the problem that only causes more work for me. Also when we delete the original invoice it erases all the invoices that have been generated and sent out to customers since the original invoice was created.
So that is an example of their tech department. There is no direct line to the tech department so any serious glitches that cannot be solved by chatting in you have to send an email or submit a ticket. But we submitted 5 tickets on this invoice issue before someone even gave us a workaround and that was after I called them and made some noise.
All in all I think this company is new but really growing. In my opinion their biggest hurtle has been effective coding, glitches and genuine resolutions for those glitches.
From Tricycle to Jet Plane
Going from our last CRM over to mHelpDesk was like going from a tricycle to a Jet Plane. Every time i was frustrated with mHelpDesk it turned out to be my lack of knowledge of the features and how they integrate. While the tutorials could be better to walk you through setting up and utilizing the system, customer support is always there. Not only did mHelpDesk have all our Deal Breaker features, but it had more than we thought we needed. Estimates, for example, is a great tool. The schedule board is well designed. Unlike our last Field Management Software, which had not changed in 10 years, mHelpDesk is constantly adding new features.
This product is a game changer
This product is a game changer.
We started using mHelpDesk about 6 months ago and I haven't had a headache since. It has literally made work 10x easier. The program is user friendly. The support staff is top notch. Questions are answered almost immediately. They are super helpful and hands on when needed. And the mapping tool pretty much makes me want to cry tears of joy. I would highly recommend this product to anyone in the service industry.
Worst decision we made!
We expected so much more from mHelpDesk based on the initial customer service experience. The number of issues once we were using the software were unacceptable and our overall impression of mHelpDesk quickly went from "We love this!" to "The WORST DECISION we made!!"
Top drawer sales and training
The sales process was handled by Dominic who listened very attentively and recognized that I don't purchase based on "fire sale" sales methods. He was an excellent sales person. Selena was extremely qualified in our initial training on use of the software. She knows the product, was patient and very easy to understand. As a technodummy, I finished the call and understood everything I had just heard. That's a good trainer.

I have yet to be disappointed! Even when the feature I asked for wasn't available the support team helped me get to place/people to request it for the future!
