From the very first phone call all the way to getting our account set up and customized, I've never experienced such genuine people that actually care. The software alone is great, but what really separated Mhelpdesk from the competition is the support they provide. I started using Mhelpdesk after starting my commercial cleaning company. I had been doing everything the old school way with pen and paper the way my father still runs his business. I got introduced to Mhelpdesk by an associate and now I am always organized, I do not have a huge stack of paper work to go through everyday, and I can keep track of all my jobs right from my iPhone! Works great and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
