Our tour guide was very friendly and Everglades was an awesome experience.

We enjoyed visiting the Everglades (even with a light shower). But there was only one restaurant at that site and we really didn't have time for lunch. Next, we were dropped downtown for the second boat trip around Miami and Miami Beach. Again, no time for lunch. At the end of this trip, however, we were told that we'd have to wait over 90 minutes for another driver to return us to our hotels (ours was in Miami Beach). Yes, at 4PM we would have had time for "lunch," but now it was approaching dinner. We were tired and didn't need to stroll around the shops for over 90 minutes, so we took a cab back to our hotel. I trhin you should have allowed time for lunch (on own) in the downton area where a number of restaurants/fast food places were. Then, had the tour take the next boat tour (3:30 or 4:00 I believe). At the end of that tour, bring them back to their hotels. I spent much of my career as a meeting planner. That's how I would have scheduled it. Mark Jorgensen, Anaheim Hills, CA

We took the 4 and a half hour City Tour followed by the Everglades Tour on 18-04-14 with The Miami Tour Company. We boarded the bus at the agreed time and after a few more pick ups were on with a tour of all the areas and sights of Miami. We made 6 stops around the city, but our driver Derek was giving us information on everything we were passing in a very informative and entertaining manner. There was free water in a cooler at the back of the bus which was very much appreciated as it was a very hot day. After the city tour we continued on to the Everglades where we had a Airboat ride and an alligator show.
There was 4 of us all around 70 years old traveling from the UK and we all found a very enjoyable day with a professional company at a reasonable price.

There were 4 of us travelling together that took this tour. The driver was extremely knowlegeable on the area as well as an excellent driver. The bus we were provided was also 1st class and very smooth riding. We would definitely recommend your tour company to our friends.

I did two tours in Miami with this company and both were very well run. Drivers were on time, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and fun! The tours were good value for money and very enjoyable.

All went smoothly and very impresseed that for both tours the bus turned up exactly on time. Drivers were courteous and full of information. Buses were clean, ran well and air conditioned.

Miami Tour Company provided a great tour--we definitely got our money's worth! We were able to see all of the areas of Miami that we were interested in. It was fun to drive though South Beach, Coral Gables, etc., and to stop at the Venetician Pool and Little Havana and other places that are synonomis with Miami. Your tour hit all of the hotspots that were of interest to us. We also took the boat tour and thoroughly enjoyed it! The boat tour was the icing on the cake!

this is a really good way to see lots of Miami, which included lots of places we would not have know about + the trip to the Everglades which was an experience not to miss. Our driver/guide was brilliant & was full of interesting facts & knowledge about Miami.
DON'T MISS THIS FANTASTIC TOUR

Excellent customer service. We had a party of six arriving night before tour. Flight for two of them was cancelled at last minute so they could not make tour. With one phone call to the tour company the ticket prices were refunded back to credit card. Pretty good tour. Easy to understand the narrator. Not always able to tell which building or item was being described but interesting information.

Friendly tour guide and overall very good value for money.

We took the full day city tour plus Everglades. Very nice overview of the city but the airboat tour was definitely the HIGHLIGHT! Pretty amazing "gliding" through the grasslands and seeing alligators in their natural habitat. Both interesting and educational. Only part I would change is the lunch as we felt rushed. Perhaps even box lunches would have been a better option.

This was our first visit to Miami. The tour was comfortable with great narration, and a perfect way for us to see all the highlights of the city.
