This is the only fountain that our cats will drink from. It is the quietest fountain I have found, and looks absolutely lovely. The motion sensor is an absolute must - not only does it preserve the longevity of the pump, it also keeps our cats more interested.

It is a very pricey investment, but given that they are handmade and our cats love them, it has still been worth it for us.

I also love the matching bowl with the fountain. It is a good shape and easy for the cats to eat from.

The only negative is that the UK store closed down! For the second fountain I purchased, I ended up using a shipping company to order from the Italian website and getting it shipped to the UK separately.

DO NOT PURCHASE MIAU STORE. Horrible

I ordered a fountain in their website which isnt really safe. When I was about to confirm my basket nothing happened but a blank page. No messages, no email, so I thought it didn't work. BUT I still have been charged for the foutain I supposed to have ordered.

When I try to reach for the customer service. No responses in a month. Still no information as of today.

Der brunnen ist nach wenigen Momaten bereits defekt

Disastrous experience.
The payment page was bugging and indicated a technical error and payment refused so I processed the order and payment 5 times with the same error message. It appeared that the payment was actually approved and so I was charged for 5 fountains and tried to cancel 4 as soon as I received the order confirmations in my mailbox. I finally accepted to receive two and the other 3 were returned.
Only two refunds were confirmed to be processed by email. However, three weeks later the cash hasn’t been received on my bank account so it seems this company is partially funding itself by holding customer cash. I am continuously chasing customer service for an answer but I have no feedback on what is happening.

Ik had de fontein met accessoires besteld en dit koste richting de €90,
Toen(na 2x checken of alles klopte in de bon vanwege hoge kosten) had ik eindelijk afgerekend om vervolgens te zien dat de bon er compleet anders uit zag dit kwam door een probleem met de website.
Nogsteeds betaalde ik hetzelfde bedrag maar geen fontein op de bon?
Alleen 3x de kabel
2x kattengrasvaasje
En 2x kattengras zakje
En dit kreeg ik dan ook zo binnen.
Ik nam meerdere malen contact op via hun mail want er is geen nummer te vinden en krijg geen retourlabel (zat ook niet in pakket) ook word ik niet vergoed op de extra kosten die ik nu heb moeten maken.
De mails die ik terug krijg zeggen me alleen maar de fontein weer opnieuw te kopen op andere browser terwijl ik dit achteraf ook nogmaals geprobeerd had en deze kwam alsnog niet in de mand??
Leg dit nogmaals uit via mail en wordt weer hetzelfde verteld!

Commande passée, aucun mail de confirmation de paiement et de numéro de livraison. Obligée de passer mon temps à les relancer.
Et impossible de le faire livrer mon colis, 15 jours à essayer plusieurs points relais différents, tous soit disant impossible à livrer, aucun moyen de joindre qui que ce soit. Aucune solution proposée de leur part, j'ai demandé un remboursement.
Vraiment déçue alors que j'avais déjà fait une commande chez eux il y a quelques années et que j'étais ravie du produit.

Ich liebe den Brunnen, nur die Website ist etwas umständlich.

I’m very frustrated because this is now the second time I’ve had the exact same issue with an order from Miaustore.
My latest order (#611407, January 19, 2026) has been stuck on “Payment pending” for days. I paid via PayPal, which normally confirms and processes payments instantly, yet:
the order status has not changed
I did not receive a proper order confirmation email
it’s completely unclear whether my order is being processed at all
This is especially concerning because the same thing already happened before with order #611345 (October 17, 2025). That order also remained on “Payment pending,” was never fulfilled, and I eventually had to request my money back.
Now the exact same situation is happening again, which suggests a serious problem with their payment or order management system. When customers are paying premium prices, they should not have to wonder whether their order even exists in the system.
The product itself may be good, but the ordering experience feels unreliable and stressful. Poor communication and repeated payment status issues make it very difficult to trust the company.
At this point, I honestly don’t know if it’s worth trying to order again.

Deze fontein gekocht na lang twijfelen, want vrij prijzig. Vandaag binnengekomen (binnen enkele dagen na bestellen) en het is een grote hit!! De kat vindt hem geweldig en de fontein is supermooi en staat mooi in ons interieur. Superblij mee dus

Unsere Katzen lieben diesen Brunnen. Doch die Pumpe funktioniert nicht lange. Hatte schon einige bestellt. Aber was tut man nicht alles für seine 4 beinigen Lieblinge.🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛

Everything went well, very easy to install

Schnelle Lieferung - tolle Qualität - sieht schick aus - Pumpe ist leise alles prima, nur meine Kätzchen sitzen davor, planschen vielleicht ein bisschen mit dem Wasser, aber draußen trinken tun sie nicht🤷‍♂️

Grootste rotzooi wat er bestaat, al sinds de eerste maand problemen ermee, bakken gaan naar 1 dag al slijmerig aanvoelen en schuimen, goed schoon gemaakt nog ns afgebakken, maar probleem blijft, bedrijf komt met de ene naar de andere smoes, uiteindelijk zou t dan toch aan t motortje liggen, zouden me nieuwe opsturen, ondertussen 2,5 maanden en 10 mailtjes verder, vandaag dan eindelijk een ander motortje gekregen, sturen ze me gewoon een andere op waar k dus niks mee kan en wat er niet ns oppast, klantenservice van niks. Wil graag alles terug sturen en t geld terug, maar dan laten ze natuurlijk niks meer horen. Dus bedenk je nog maar ns goed, binnenkant is niet geglazuurd en wordt slijmerig met water, dit wil je echt niet dat je kat of hond binnen krijgt. Kan er helaas geen foto's van bij voegen.

The fountain was initially delivered to me in pieces. I contacted the company and they were very polite and helpful. They send me a new fountain and it arrived fast (in Portugal). The fountain is beautiful and my cats are drinking more than before! The only little downside is that you have to replace the water and clean the pump every few days otherwise it gets blocked with hair and it starts making noise. And my cats don't loose so much hair.. something to keep in mind when ordering the fountain. But very positive about it otherwise!
