Michael’s was the estate agent I bought my property through rather than the one I sold through and I wish I had sold through them as well, as they were so much better than my estate agent! Michael’s kept me updated all the way through a very drawn out and painful procedure and were always contactable via phone and email. Thank you so much, and particular thanks to Nikki for all your hard work!

We are first-time buyers after renting for many years and have dealt with a wide range of estate agents (not all of them positive experiences). As a result, we were quite apprehensive about the buying process, especially as it was all new to us.

However, we’re pleased to say the service we received has been nothing short of excellent. Nikki and the team in Colchester have kept us reassured, supported, and well-informed throughout the entire journey. (now we egarly await collecting our keys Monday)

Lee Francis and Jo Davy were outstanding from start to finish. As first-time buyers, my partner and I were quite cautious after a previous negative experience with a mainstream estate agent. However, Lee completely changed that for us. He supported us every step of the way, kept us fully informed throughout, and gave us real confidence in securing our first home.

We managed to exchange and complete in under two months, thanks not only to Lee and Jo’s dedication but also to the excellent solicitors recommended by Michaels.

Me and my partner have just began renting a property through Michaels and they have been professional and brilliant throughout! We have had negative experiences with other estate agents in the area - we felt other agencies in the area lacked communication and did not take us seriously, but Michael’s were fabulous throughout. We went in to request a viewing and 2 weeks later, we moved into the property! A special shout out goes to Kyle - he was so professional and helpful throughout, answering any questions we had and was readily available when we needed him. I genuinely cannot recommend Michael’s enough - they were perfect from start to finish and have been so helpful.
